>I could raise it tomorrow, but the question is: Do I have enough Ferritin?

That is the question, the only way to find out is to increase it and

see. Put in a bed time dose maybe, as you turn the light out. That

will help sleep quality and also leave you more awake in the morning

before the first dose then.

>

>And what about enough HC?

Probably yes, especially if you add a bed time dose, you want HC to

dip for sleep and the T3 will do that

Adfrenaline.. Even if my 24 hour urine samples have shown I have normal

total levels of adrenaline? Both adrenaline and nor-adrenaline have

been well under the top range in my 24 hour urine.

SO taking T3 at bedtime will make cortisol drop? Oh, yesterday I fell

asleep in less than 30 minutes. New record for me. I usually lie

awake for 1 hour +++ Got a lot of stuff to think about, and.. Yeah!

It's hard to fall asleep sometimes. I slept for 9 hours this night

From midnight to 9 am. PERFECT. I wish it could be like this EVERY

night. However, I Feel bad today. Like supertired and sleepy.

Something happened at 5:45 - I woke up, needed to go to the bathroom

to pee, and then when I got back to bed. I felt my heart was beating

kind of weakly, and sure enough, It happened again - I got this

irregular heartbeat for at least 15 second. It was horrifying!

It was like " brrrrr-dunk--brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr-dunkdunk-brrrr-brrrr-drunk "

for 15 secs. Not beating normally. This is way unlike fibrillation,

but I wonder... What is it? Just super-bad arrythmia? What can be

the cause of this? It is EXACTLY the same thing I got before I went

to the hospital!

So I got up, drank a small glass of water with 1/2 (or a lil less)

of sea salt in it and went back to bed, and fell asleep. I have no

idea if I needed the sea salt.

When I finally went back to bed again, my brain was like " this salt

will either help, make things worse, or not matter at all cause it's

something else like low T3, low cortisol... or hypoglycemia that's

causing this " :(

After measuring my temps orally since April this year, I still don't

get how to get the most accurate results.

On the instructions of my digital thermometer it says I should measure

the temp for 25 seconds. If I do, my temp is 36.8. Now, if I let it

stay for another 25 seconds (like a minute, or more..) , my temp is 37.2 (too

high, btw?)

Should I just measure for 1 minute EVERY single time I measure? Or just

wait as long as it takes before the max temperature is reached?

Ok, thanks for the tip. I'll try to find one! I only see digital

ones everywhere. Drrind.com says digital ones are the best though.

How do you measure your temp? Like, for how long and how often?

Yes, my white blood cell count. I feel sick too. My head feels infected.

I have no idea where I have an infection though. How do I go about finding out?

My Ferritin is getting higher though. It's at 66. This is good!

>

You said your head was bothering you and we all said maybe you had a sinus infection. You have also said you have problems with your tonsils. So either one of those could be an infection causing your white cells to be high.

Can adrenaline affect the heart rhythm and create arrythmia like I

had this early morning? I would like to find out why I get this so that

I can stop it. I only started getting this after taking Thyroid/T3.

Wonder what it means...

Also, if I have an infection in my body, can't HC make the infection

worse? I am uppping my HC dose these days and I ain't feeling better

yet, that's for sure. My head is hurting, like, a constant cold

stinging in my head.

It's just a little too much with the added weight, the heart-issues,

the head-pains, the stress-feeling, the sweating of my fingers, and so on..

I want to get my tonsils zapped (with laser) so bad, but I don't know

when I should do it. I have to be sure my body is read for it. I am

on HC and taking such a small dose of T3. My heart is beating irregularly,

and I really don't want to put my body thought an operation like that

when I am as weak as I am right now. It could be the sinuses...

I can't take antibiotics when I am on HC, right?

Yes oyu can and should take antibiotics whiel on HC and sick. An illness

will also use up a TON of cortisol so oyu may need ot stress dose even

more.

That's one of the hard parts I think - Do know when to, and to know how much

to stress dose with! My temp is not going up, so I doubt I am very sick.

When I say sick, I mean " extra sick " on top of the Hypo, AF and so on.

It feels weird saying " when I'm sick " cause I am sick every day.

Ah, I didn't know I could use antibiotics while on HC! Thanks!
