I see. So it's a circle. And it can be vicious. But taking so much iron... I just need to beassured that I won't get any bloodclots in the heart. I know for every MG of iron a mantakes, the risk for blood clotting increases - But does this rule only apply to those whoALREADY have high Ferritin? Like, the Ferritin works as a buffer? Is it impossible to geta blood clot from taking too much iron when Ferritin is low like mine?I will try taking 5 mcg T3 extra this night at 2 am. 4 hours after my dose at 10 pm.Subject: Re: Re: Help - Heart just started beating

No T3 does not have to be higher before iron workds, IRON has to be

higher before your body cna use T3. But T3 wil help your body HOLD ONTO

the iron in the form of ferritinwhich si what oyu want.

So if I got AF, T3 was blocked from the cells, as well as rT3 appeared in me, and as a result from that, Ferritin went down.. Does that sound plausible?Anyway, I can't up to 20 mcg T3 today. Took my third 5 mcg dose (total 15 mcg) nowat 10:30 pm. I'll take my second dose of 50 mcg iron at 11:30 pm, which makes the firstavailable spot for T3 again at 3:30 am in the nighttime. That's probably not the besttime to take T3 is it?This latest symptom of mine; Guess it's air hunger. Is just.... *shakes head* It has stayedwith me for 2 full days now. uncomfortable. No they do nto treat it unless your actual blood gases

are messed up which seldom happens. Your symptoms can be any of three

things. Low T3, Too much T3 for your low ferritin to handle and just the

low ferritin itself. I have been repeating this for a month to you,

RAISE oyur iron dose.

Thanks .And yes ma'am! I will. I've just had issues trying to figure out when to insert the third dose of 50 mg iron! One guy suggested I could take 150 mg all at once after my first T3-dose. Butseveral other people have recommended I take iron in split doses to help absorption.Is there any specific brand of iron (from say www.iherb.com, which I love shopping at!)that is recommended? I take a local on here in Norway of the "amino ferrochel" iron-type.I usually make people go nuts (sorry) with my attention to detail, and trying to figure outin detail how everything works. It's my life, and I've inly got one of it. I don't want to dotoo many mistakes. I am too far down to mess things up now. If increasing iron willhelp me to a

I am not sure if they carry this but I have seen Blue Bonnet iron

recommended it is what Birrdyy took that raised her ferritin with little

digestive upset.

Do you wake up at all in the middle of the night (or early morning for you) to

go to the bathroom or just roll over? You could just take your iron then. If

you're taking the chelated kind by Blue Bonnet that Val recommended to you, it

will absorb just fine that way.

I take stuff in the middle of the night all the time if it requires an empty

stomach because I graze all day long, so the only other time my stomach is empty

is when I first wake up! :-)
