Yeah. And I know it's not fangerous to play around with HC at least. T3 is a bit more serious.I just feel SOOOOOO sleepy and tired, like, heavy in my head and body, now. MAYBEthis is low cortisol. But.. This is day 5 on 25 mg, so... I should be used to 25 mg now,coming dopwn from 27.5 mg daily?Better try to get up earlier, cause getting up at 11:30 to take HC at noon is too late. Now,I will be taking my fourth T3 dose at 2 am! Is this OK or is it no point? It will be 20 mcg T3 then. And how can I tell it's too much T3 (or too fast raise with low Ferritin) if I am sleeping?From:

, I have some questions about dosing HC and taking it at steady times!If I usually take it at 10-2-6-9 every day, then the next day take it at 11-3-7-10.. And change itback and forth an hour plus minus every day, depending on when I wake up..... What willhappen? Will the adrenals be confused? Is it ok? Ok, so it's not like I need to take my second dose of HC at 2 pm regardless if I woke up10 am or noon? I try to have 4 hours between each HC dose, but sometimes I do thedoses 3 hours apart, cause it feels ok. As long as the total amount of HC that day isthe same as the day before it's good. According to my GP, I can take 25 mg HCwhen I wake up and that's it. But I know better. HC works fast, and doesn't last too long.So the splitting of doses is crucial.Could I try stress-dosing with 2.5 mg extra now that I feel so unbelieveably weak andsleepy OR do I just lie down at 7:30 pm now and sleep for an hour to rest?From:

I believe it si more importnt to keeo the rythm of THAT day going than

ot try to kewep on a same time schedule. So startign when oy uwake and

dosing by THAT is the right way to do it. Of course IDEALLY you get up

and sleep same hours every day which negates this whole thing.

Does anyone know why I have less energy now on 15 mg T3 and 25.0 mg HC than I had2 months back on 75 mcg T4 and 20 mg HC? Am I in reality taking less thyroid medicationnow when I take 15 mcg T3-only then I did when I was on 75 mcg T4-only? I thought T4turned into rT3 because of my, well, rT3-issue?19th of October 2009 (while on T4-only + 20 mg HC) my blood sample results looked like this:FT4 13.0FT3 7.1TSH 1.41rT3 0.38(ratio: 18.8)At THIS point, my ratio was NOT so bad. What went on right there? And my FT3 was goodat 7.1! I don't get this... I felt better THEN than I do now!

What about my serum iron at 30 (top range 35) - Is it bad tohave such a high amount of iron in my blood?What do you mean by previous dose of iron?
