Edith, This sounds really good, I would like to know where I can buy it and

how much it is. I get my big boost from a morning tonic I make of Kale,

Cabbage, Broccoli, Carrots and Apple. One way I make life easier is I buy

the veggies on Saturday, soak them in Hydrochloric Acid, them run the leafy

greens in a nylon bag through the spin cycle in the washer machine. I then

put all the washed, cut, and dried veggies and fruits in veggie bags, into

the fridge. Ready to go. On the apples I use an apple slicer, that slices

the whole apple in one sweep. I make sure it is a stainless steel one, I

purchased mine from Pampered Chef.

It sounds to me that you are well on your way to preparing for a good and

rewarding juice fast, Edith.

Remember mine started with five days on, four off, seven on, five off, and

then I was able to go straight until no longer hungry and waited until my

hunger returned.

Bernadette,

I buy it from Healing Leaves 509-738-2177. A 2 pound container costs 49.95

plus shipping. I have bought 3 so far. My dad has prostate cancer and is

doing natural therapy using juicing. Each time he juices he adds either,

this Green Phyto Food, barley green or Dr. Schulze Super food in a rotation

fashion. Then he takes mega digestive enzymes, soaks wheat berris

and drinks the water off of them(enzyme toddy) and sprouts most of his

food plus eating many raw fruits and veggies. The MD that is seeing

him said for him to keep all of this treatment going and praised the fact

that

he is a vegetarian. We were shocked...thought he would make fun of dad.

Donna,

As far as I know, it's ok to drink water. I have

had lots of fasting blood tests, and the doctors

always say, " Don't eat or drink anything, except

water, after 10PM. " Water is ok unless you're going

under an anesthetic, in which your stomach relaxes and

water can get into your lungs. I think those are the

only fasts where you can't do water.

To Kay: Fasting? Don't. Your body doesn't need the abuse. Especially now, it needs good, regular nutrition.

Well, nobody out here seemed to have an answer, but I got a response through

email from the site where I bought the ICF. They said that doing a juice

fast would be fine.

Just thought I'd pass that along in case anyone else wondered.

Hello ,

I have done this. Dr. Schulze recommends that you start with

bowel cleansing (ICF1 and 2). Then, later he recommends doing

his liver cleanse and kidney cleanses. Each of these includes

a 3-day juice-only diet. It is sort of a whole program for

5 days--- juice, the ICF formulas, plus herbs for the liver

or for the kidneys (depending which one you are doing).

I have done these programs. I think I did all the stuff

he recommends as part of the 5-day plan.

Hi Moria

Thanks for your comments. How did you feel about the results of doing these

programs?

Hi Moria

I understand what you mean about cleansing being important even if you don't

" feel " any different. I think that changes can occur on even a cellular

level when we do a cleanse and it's great even though we can't sense any

changes.

Can I ask how you are doing the mercury detox and what prompted you to do it?

I, too, really like the idea of keeping the body 'tuned'. To me this is sort

of like years ago when I had a tremendous amount of dental work to be done.

It seemed like it was going to take forever to get my mouth in good shape (I

had neglected it for years, unfortunately) and then once it was all done it

was still important to go back twice a year for a cleaning and checkup.

Just because the work was done doesn't mean it's okay to neglect it again

after that! And it's important to do daily maintenance as well.

I see the internal cleansing as the same. It's going to take a while to get

the bowels and gallbladder cleaned out, but once I think it's " done " , I know

it's essential to keep up good daily habits and also to do that " tune-up "

twice a year! I don't ever want to let things get, internally, to the

condition that they were and I don't ever want to be in a position of having

to do intense cleaning again. That's a long-winded way of saying " I totally

agree! " :)

Hi ,

This is an interesting question. I did not really feel a lot

different from the liver cleanse and kidney cleanse, as far

as I remember. But, I still feel they are important anyway!

So, maybe that is sort of " funny " ?!

As I have said, I have not done any of these week-long type

cleanses this year -- am focusing all my cleansing on

mercury detox instead. However, I am wondering when I

might like to " go back " and start the organ cleanses again.

I like the idea of it, I guess, to do something to try to

keep the body " tuned " well.

I think that both Schulze ICFs and homozon work well for cleaning

out the bowels. I have never gotten any " tire rubber " or worms

though!

I did both of the above but got much better results with Dr Jensons cleanse.

Moria, you can get the herbs at the best price from Karma. Here is a website

for you to read on the cleanse.

http://www.loaves-n-fishes.com/sonnes.htm

I would also suggest you read Dr Jenson's book before you do it. The name is

; Tissue Cleansing through Bowel Management by Bernard Jenson.

It is easy to read, inexpensive but full of valuable information.

You can get it here:

Good Luck

Hi Christel,

Do you know, what is the difference between Dr. Jensen's?

I guess I should call and find out what herbs are in it!

I wanted to wish you the best as you start your fast tomorrow. I have

decided to postpone an extended fast, but am starting a 28 day detox program

that incorporates weekend fasting. So I'll be with you there on the

weekends! :)

Please do keep us posted on how it's going and how YOU are doing with it.

best of health,

Congratulations on a great first day, KJ. I do hope that you continue to

post about your progress. I have to confess that I'm actually feeling

jealous! :) I remember vividly how wonderful it felt to be on a fast and

now I want to do one! :) I will listen to my body, though, and wait until

the time is right.

keep up the good work!

Hi and all,

Thank you for the list of books. I will also check out the sites.

I started fasting today and it was fine. When I feel hungry, I have whole

lemon-juiced and honey. I am taking my Primal Defense and will start finishing

off my Arise and Shine. I am mostly looking forward to being closer to God and

slimmer!!

I have no idea how long I can do it, but am looking forward to the challenge.

God bless,

KJ

planning to continue? Looking forward to hearing about the liver cleanse!

Did you eat nothing at all during the fasting? What did you have to drinK?

Just curious! I am new to this list. I will post an intro later when I have

more time

Glad to hear this is going to so well for you! I always wondered whether

fasting would be a better option than doing a candida diet to kill off yeast.

I have been drinking one cup of organic vegetable broth a day, tea made from

wormwood capsules (to settle my stomach) and I have two large super green

drinks each day (mixed in water). Other then that I fill in with water, but

I find drinking plain water makes me hungry.

I got the idea of the super greens from cure zone's bowel cleanse page, but I

ended up going with a different brand then the one they recommend same stuff

basically. I think that is what has kept the hunger at bay, since it fills

you up.

And to answer your question, no, I have had no solid or semi-solid food for

four days now.

I wondered that too, and decided to try it. I think it is the combination of

fasting and bowel cleansing that has helped get the yeast out! That and

saving the olive leaf and pau d'arco for this special occasion. boy am I

having some strong die offs, but I also feel better at the same time. weird!

Hanida,

That's great. What did the handful of yeast look like? When I did the Dr.

Breuss fast, I only managed 4 days but I passed a bunch of fluroescent orange

gelatinous parasites. I'm glad that you're trying it and I think it's an

excellent idea to do the coffee enemas every day.

Joyce

Re: Fasting

Wow Hanida!

Congrats on your succes! What did you drink on the fast?

Please let us know, Thanks

hspl28@... wrote:Hi everyone,

Well I just wanted to let you all know what I am up to. I started a 7 day

fast 4 days ago, and today I passed a handful of yeast! I am so happy.

Hungry but happy.

I decided after reading Dr. Brusses book that fasting would benefit my organs

and hopefully help with my candida. my mother did his 30 day fast for

cancer, and she got rid of all her yeast also. 30 days was a bit steep for

me, since I still have to cook three meals for my kids, so I read about doing

a 7 day fast.

Boy do I feel great. my organs feel so much better, no allergies, and no

food allergies who knows what will happen when I start eating food again, but

for now I am feeling great! (better then I have felt in years)

Oh, I am taking Pau'darco, and olive leaf extract also, which I started

taking with the fast. I think that has helped kill off the yeast. And I am

doing daily organic coffee enema's to help get rid of colon build up.

Definitely works!

I will let you all know what happens after the fast is over!

Hanida
