I use the stevia sometimes when baking cookies etc. works pretty good for the

baking & I also use soy milk (Soy Dream) by Imagine Foods--it's really tasty but

I limit the amount of any soy I use since finding the truth about soy products--

very unhealthy for your body & clog up your dietary system binds up the protein

& other necessary nutrients your body NEEDS This was only found out by some

scientists & dRs about a year or so ago! So beware all of of you soy users.

Diane --I'm printing this up as I have such a poor memory anymore only seem

to remember stupid or dumb worthless things<g>

Go easy on the soy products though as soy is not as healthy as they used to

brainwash us into believing.. as it binds up & doesn't let the nutrients your

body requires for good health This was jsut found out in the past year or so

by some medical scientists & Drs. who are trying to get it righted so people

can be more healthy I do still use Soy Dream milk but very sparingly!!

THis info was on one of those links I told you about last week I read it It

is about abot the PRos & then finally about the much researched CONS of

soy....so beware --you ahve been warned now......just rying to keep all my

friends informed abou this

Arlene, We sold our home a little over three years

ago, Mom's house was 1550 Sq foot & we added 160 Sq

foot & was built in 1978. Is in a nice area Our old

house was only 940 Sq foot & was built in 1955 " Before

Suzy was born " & was in not so nice area. Both kids

were already out of the house. So it;s just three of

us. A couple of times was having money problems &

would move in for a few weeks. It has worked real well

so far with just the three of us.

Susy is a nurse's aid & should be able to take care

of Mom till her last day's " I hope that is for

several years. I have grown preaty close to her seance

my parents passed away.

You will see over time that I'm not long winded,

Just say what's on my mind but a condenced form.

Taking care of Mom is one of the resons were still in

Az. Or I would be checking into a transfer to Madison

Wi. I'm not very likely to quit & move up back to the

midwest. I did that when we moved to AZ. The first two

years was very hard work wise. There was a resation. I

would land a Job in a few months they would have a

lay-off & being new I would be layed off. I thank I

had 4 differnt jobs & was 6 months unemployed. Befor

starting with my Company. I spent 7 months as a

Janitor, 17 years working in the warehouse. 15 years

of those as the lead warehouse man. 16 months ago I

went into lower Managment.

So starting over again at 48 scares me. If they

closed the plant & I had to start over again. I would

most likely move back tp Central MO. Around Columbia.

But not in Columbia. Columbia is around 1,000,000. I

want to live in a town less then 10,000. But close to

Columbia for the Doctors & shoping.
