Thanks for the tip Dan. I look up all my meds on www.webmd.com

I guess their information doesn't include everything b/c I never saw anything

regarding hearing loss. I have the pill book at home. It doesn't list the

enbrel or the methodone. I have a PDR (physicians desk reference) book at home

but it is at least 15 years old. I will see if they have one at my library

(they are very expensive to purchase).

Thanks,

Well, you're doing about as well as can be expected.

I'm glad the sides don't seem to be hitting you too

hard. Sleeplessness was a problem with me throughout

the program, too. -dz-

I know what you mean! I'd be dozing in my chair, then

I'd get up to go to bead and an hour later I'm wide

awake. -dz-

That was one of the odd things about the whole ordeal.

I felt so tired all the time, yet I couldn't sleep.

Keep it up, looks like you're making it through pretty

well. -dz-

I am glad you were able to accomplish so much. You will need some sleep to replinish your body soon do you have something to help that if necessary. [ ] (unknown) Good morning Everyone. Sounds like your doing great Terry. Most of the sides

I have are manageable. Except the headaches and I get

through them. I'm learning a lot of patience. If I

wait they will go away. I have trouble sleeping the

night I do my shot but other than that I sleep better

than I ever have.

Doc's Rx'd Zyrtec-- but it really does no good.........so I try real hard

not to scratch myself..(sometime mind over matter works for me other time

not!) I try to keep a lot of moisturizers on myself(sometimes I just

plain forget the creams- & I just scratch everywhere it itches!!

I use a an aloe moisturizer - it helps me more than the Aveeno

I missed a few days along the way. My body just ran

out of gas now and then. I have read that " subjects "

on this treatment tire more easily and recover their

energy more slowly, so if your body needs a rest you

better get it. -dz-

I hope your feeling better today. I know it's hard

for me to stop when I feel good and then I pay for it.

Take it easy and listen to your body.

We are always here for you .

Kathy

(unknown)

It's been one year since my brother was kicked out of

the house. I personally want to thank you for asking

how things are, comforting me, and trully listening to

me when I was having troubled times. When he lived

with us- he caused abuse to my parents and myself. He

took an inside piece of me- something that I'll never

get back.

Sincerely,
