Another thing is that we don't know the way your lab counts the cut off

point... They have all been changing..... You will be fine...... Your

Dr. isn't concerned so I am sure that must be why!!!!!

He didn't really sound concerned when I talked to him last week. (the 15th).

And he did say that would be discussing treatment but didn't say anything

about starting treatment on the 20th.

Like I said Machelle.... It is according to the lab and where they cut

off the numbers...... They are all doing it different now..... Don't let

yourself worry.... ;o Think pleasant thoughts..... Like how we are

going to keep the guys on their toes..... LOL..... We are all in this

together Machelle...... Darn.... I can't even do treatment or have a

transplant and I go on..... So can you girl......

Hey Machelle,

Mine have been fluctuating up and down, sometimes really high, sometimes

close to normal. I don't really understand why but I was told that one

reading is never indicative. Don't panic....It's bad for your counts.

Arlene, I know how it is to be blessed with having

A supportive spouse. I loved my Dad. But he wasn't

supportive of my Mom. My Brother & I both had Medical

problems growing up. My Mom battled that alone. After

I had grew up, Mom had some heavy Medical problems &

Dad once again wasn't supportive. Susy & I tried to be

as Suportive as we could. But for the most part, Mom

battled that alone to. So I love having the support

Susy gives & do the same for the best that I can.

I understand that they can get quite high. It makes it

look worse than it is, but they go up in large jumps.

Don't get too alarmed. Some people have advanced hcv

and still report normal enzyme levels. -dz-

Bilirubin is another liver enzyme. I know when I had

hepatitis A, mine was around 13 when it is supposed to

be at 1 or less than 1. -dz-

Shoot girl, I wouldn't worry about it too much! It seems that we actually

have precious FEW men in the Group. I think the only one I recall seeing

doing any posting is Steve. I think there may be a few male professionals

who are on the list trying to learn. But for the most part, it seems that it

is always the WOMEN who oversee their family's health. And it seems to be

mostly females who are willing to put the time and effort into researching

various health issues. And the posts from women complaining that their

husbands refuse to do any research are just too numerous to count!

May I suggest something please. Chemicals in the environment do none of us any good in the best of circumstances. Consider cleaning with steam I have nothing at all to gain by recommending this to you. There are steam cleaners like for instance the Steam Buggy where you put in the water out comes the steam vapor at around 200 degrees which is better than anti bacterial. Just a suggestion.
