Guest guest
LA Weightloss is terribly expensive. They want you to pay the amount upfront. It's not 5.00 per week....it's 5.00 per week in full. They tell you how long it will take to lose the weight multiply that by the 5.00 plus some other charges then give you a total. In my case it was over 600.00 dollars. I chose not to go that route since they basically only weighed and offered you food items which you had to pay for extra. (on top of the over 600). I was really disappointed. warmly, Jenni Proud Air Force Mom! May God guide and protect our troops!> > Hi Connie, > > Are you still doing LA Weightloss? Do you go weekly? Guest guest
That is absolutely correct Jenni. I am doing it but I would not recommend it to anyone. I have done weight watchers and liked it much better. But my daughter and I are doing it together and that is where the fun is. She has lost over 30 pounds but she has bought everything and has spent around 3,000 so far. I wanted to join weight watchers with her but she wanted the diet pills they offer. I can't take them. I did buy a bottle of each one of them and took them to my DR and made sure they were safe since my child is using them. They are. Guest guest
Oh my! I knew it was expensive but not that much. I know you are having success with it Connie and I pray I didn't offend you. I just hate that these companies make it sound so easy but when you go to check them out it is outrageous...the price that is. If it really were 5.00 a week it would be so worth it...especially if you could pay as you went along...you know? with love, Jenni Proud Air Force Mom! May God guide and protect our troops! Guest guest
Of course you did not offend me. :-) I do not recommend it because it is SO expensive. Weight Watchers is better. BUT the bottom line is it is all about calories. My Dr told me to cut my calories to 1200 Monday through Friday and eat moderatley on the week-ends. And save my money. That was 2 weeks ago when I went for my yearly physical. Love, Connie

Guest guest
Hey Connie, wasn't ignoring you... I got a wild hair and headed back to the big city for a little Tiel I saw yesterday before my tire appointment. The bird is a cutie and I have just the girl for him. Banana Belt is just a saying meaning a mild weather area. Kind of like Biting the Bullet, Smartest Stick in the Woods.... stuff like that. Clear as mud now? ok rats then. do you know WHY they call it that? is it shaped like a banana or sumpthin? enquiring minds wanna know!! Connie Connie... that was a metaphor, lol. Afraid the only bananas that could really grow would be in a greenhouse. This portion of the state does have the mildest weather though, or at least down in the canyon it does. We are a couple of thousand feet above town and it is sometimes mild, sometimes we get dumped on. , IDAHO has a BANANA belt?!?!?!? SEND EM!!!!! connie
Guest guest
Still praying for you & your family. Love & hugs, De Re: Deb: Everyone Suzie, i will pray for sweet Deb. I may still get custody of Serena, cuz her mommy is self mutilating now and im horrified and terrified, so please pray for my little tiny family whats left of it. Shes so suicidal and i keep tryin to show her over and over and over and over how much i love her but it seems shes disconnected from emotions totally of late. i with i could take it off her and put it on me. Ok, kids, i need your prayers badly. im spinnin out but still holdin on by my gray hairs. on a good note, the diet is goin well and ive lost twenty pounds in three weeks. its down to a pound every OTHER day now but i guess when you get old your metabolism really DOES slow down. i heard on the radio that 2000 steps equals 100 calories off if you step fast, so ive been walking at night, now i have to do it with the baby but i have a stroller, so it may be MORE of a workout. I love you all. Im so busy i cant wait till things calm down a bit. Thinking of you constantly, Connie
