's Goal bummed but not

Hi Ladies

Well my 42nd birthday was yesterday and my target goal.

I'm bummed but also not. Remember my goal was at age 42 , weigh 142

loose 42 in one year

I have done great but did not reach the goal. I weigh 148 and lost

36

pounds(yea) but the most amazingly I lost a total of 50 "

that is incredible!

I'm wearing size 10 jeans, medium tops some 12 if more fitted

I feel great, I get compliments daily, from husband makes me laugh

if

I

get could he says put some meat on your bones

Many people at work call me skinny. Or you are just getting so thin!

the

word thin has not even come close to what I would of thought I would

of

heard.

I have help motivate other people to get back on track for there

weight

goals

Thanks for listening

I'm still working towards my goal just readjusted I figure I'm 42

for

the whole year so I have time to reach it!

Love yaw all thanks Sweet Rashelle

Hello Dearest Connie,

You can join using your home address and leave this one in place too if

you want to.

There is no reason why you can't. All new members go through and need

approval because we get some goofy people trying to send spam messages

and selling stuff that is inappropriate, but yours will be approved with

no problem.

Rashelle

I am wishing abundant blessings for each of

you.

Hello Everyone,

I hope that you are all doing well.

I have been extremely busy but I have never stopped praying that

all

of you who have been ill will be healed and healthy. For those of you

who have had sick loved ones in your families- they are also in my

prayers.

I pray that for every goal you set for yourself, you will

experience

success.

I pray that you will know that you are special, worth loving and

loved. I pray you will internalize on the deepest level that you do

deserve to have every good dream you can dream for yourself.

You have all been on my mind and in my heart.

Today is a day to lift up those we know and love. Sunday is a day

that can renew our hope.

I am wishing abundant blessings for each of you.

Love,

Rashelle

LA Weightloss is terribly expensive. They want you to pay the amount upfront.

It's not 5.00 per week....it's 5.00 per week in full. They tell you how long it

will take to lose the weight multiply that by the 5.00 plus some other charges

then give you a total. In my case it was over 600.00 dollars. I chose not to

go that route since they basically only weighed and offered you food items which

you had to pay for extra. (on top of the over 600).

I was really disappointed.

That is absolutely correct Jenni. I am doing it but I would not

recommend it to anyone. I have done weight watchers and liked it

much better. But my daughter and I are doing it together and that is

where the fun is. She has lost over 30 pounds but she has bought

everything and has spent around 3,000 so far. I wanted to join weight

watchers with her but she wanted the diet pills they offer. I can't

take them. I did buy a bottle of each one of them and took them to

my DR and made sure they were safe since my child is using them.

They are. Connie :-)

Oh my! I knew it was expensive but not that much. I know you are having

success with it Connie and I pray I didn't offend you. I just hate that these

companies make it sound so easy but when you go to check them out it is

outrageous...the price that is. If it really were 5.00 a week it would be so

worth it...especially if you could pay as you went along...you know?

Of course you did not offend me. :-) I do not recommend it because it is SO

expensive. Weight Watchers is better. BUT the bottom line is it is all about

calories.

My Dr told me to cut my calories to 1200 Monday through Friday and eat

moderatley on the week-ends. And save my money. That was 2 weeks ago when I

went

for my yearly physical. Love, Connie

Hey Connie, wasn't ignoring you... I got a wild hair and headed back to the big city for a little Tiel I saw yesterday before my tire appointment. The bird is a cutie and I have just the girl for him.

Banana Belt is just a saying meaning a mild weather area. Kind of like Biting the Bullet, Smartest Stick in the Woods.... stuff like that. Clear as mud now?

ok rats then. do you know WHY they call it that? is it shaped like a banana or sumpthin? enquiring minds wanna know!! Connie

Connie... that was a metaphor, lol. Afraid the only bananas that could really grow would be in a greenhouse. This portion of the state does have the mildest weather though, or at least down in the canyon it does. We are a couple of thousand feet above town and it is sometimes mild, sometimes we get dumped on.

, IDAHO has a BANANA belt?!?!?!? SEND EM!!!!! connie

in three weeks. its down to a pound every OTHER day now but i guess when

you get old your metabolism really DOES slow down. i heard on the radio

that 2000 steps equals 100 calories off if you step fast, so ive been walking

at night, now i have to do it with the baby but i have a stroller, so it may be

MORE of a workout. I love you all. Im so busy i cant wait till
