-Hello n thanks so much for caring it really helps knowing that

others care. I am so sorry too hear about your pain, has your dr got

you on nuerotin??? As a rule we don't discuss meds here but I have

been thinking about that and I think if we just limit that too the

narcotics and pain meds it would be ok. I mean I know we all take a

heck of alot more than that unfortunately. Anyway its a really good

med for nerve pain, it actually helps block the pain. Also you might

be a canidate for a transplant like I got so you might look into

that. The implant blocks the nerve pain at the nerve root so most of

it doesn't get too your leg. It isn't perfect but it sure has got me

at least walking again. Before I had it in dec I could not even leave

the house and I pretty much had too stay on one level, forget stairs

they were terrible. If you'd like too write me and discuss all this

please do I hope I can be of some help. Take care I know its not easy

when the pain is so severe I'll keep you in my prayers. Hugz Sharon

p.s. I got a puppy to cheer me up and geez it was too much work, we

should have gotten another cat the puppy is now 8 months and 75 lbs,

I can barely walk her she is so huge. What a great small house dog I

adopted, she was supposed too be UNDER 50 lbs HA!!!!!!! I think

someone misread the breed mix at the adoption agency.

Any group made up of the people that usually post here would be a great idea.

This particular group has a lot of open minded people who are ready for the

truth and don't seem to have a lot of problems with communication. So, if the

group was run with the same type of wide open, sharing attitude, it would seem

to be the kind of place that people would come to learn and to help others who

are trying to learn. I have no idea how to start anything, but I'll help if and

I have just joined this group, having only recently had my diagnosis changed

from MCL to SLL. So I'm a bit disoriented, but I do support the effort to

Over the last 6 yrs of living with RSD I have ran across so many

people that says,,, " " why are you disabled??? you look fine " ,, well

these people dont understand RSD.. we may look fine but inside we

are suffering..

I have never tryed relaxation techiques.. That I would like to try.

Im getting ready to join the ymca,, there they have yoga classes,,

thought about trying that.
