Oh Cyndi, but it will fly by! Im starting my 7th week today, and Im amazed that this much time has passed so quickly!! :)

Wow !!! Very impressive, I must say. Please, please post your

pics when you get them back. I am sure they are awesome, and a lot of

people will be inspired and encouraged by them. Enjoy your week off

Congrats on getting your taebo in today! As far as the " pouch " goes,

I think some have inherited it, some others not. I for my part

am " blessed " with the pouch. No matter what I do, it stays there.

There is no miracle cure, crunches won't work on their own. You have

got to work on reducing your general body fat, and then, according to

your genetics your " pouch " will go or not (mine is not as bad, but

it's still there).

work if I were you and wanted to help tone the somache. The abs of

steel tapes are very good :)

Yup, that pooch is the hardest part to get rid of. The fat goes there and hips

first and take their sweet time to come off. I wish I had a secret formula to

give you.
