As far as the " pouch " goes, I think some have inherited it, some others not. I for my part am " blessed " with the pouch. No matter what I do, it stays there. There is no miracle cure, crunches won't work on their own. You have got to work on reducing your general body fat, and then, according to your genetics your " pouch " will go or not (mine is not as bad, but it's still there).
