Dear Bells,

I'm sorry if I offended you; please accept my apology. I have a reputation

on this site as a harmless flirt. Most on this group seem to find that a

little PG-rated spice is a morale booster. (This isn't my first slightly

salty post.) The last thing I want to do is to make people uncomfortable

about airing their questions about the procedure or inhibit the exchange of

information in anyway; if a lot of people find my posts offensive I'll

certainly stop, but the e-mail I get seems to tell me that that's not so.

BTW, my comment was meant to be a somewhat humorous expression of how good

I'm feeling in the immediate wake of my surgery, no more.

Please rest assured that that's as far as I'll take it. Just gentle fun.

I'm sorry our senses of humor don't coincide. If I get the clear sense that

This isn't a porn group is it? I don't mean to offend anyone, but I don't

want to be offended either. I am a Christian woman, and would prefer not to

read such as this. I joined the e-group because of the MGB, to read

experiences about it. Not to read about someone in the group being " horny. "

That's my feelings, and I felt that I should share them. Surely I'm not the

only one that feels that way. I mean, I hear people on this group giving

Praise to God for their surgery, and that's exactly where it should go. He

has given Dr. R a gift. But when I read about a person being " horny " it

makes me feel dirty to even read it. That isn't something to broadcast. I

hope that I haven't offended anyone, but I felt compelled to share my

thoughts and feelings.

I can guarantee you that being a Christian and getting " horny " are not

mutually exclusive. I don't post often but as hard as we all have to work

raising money and fighting insurance companies to do " our dance " we NEED a

little humor now and then.
