Congrats on the weght loss buddy! I think its great

that you have set up little goals for your self and

are patting your self on the back when you accomplish

them.

As far as your bad fod choices, we have all been there

and atleast now you reccongnise that you need to be

making better choices. I too have been having a

problem with food, for the past few days the only

thing wanting to stay down was carbos. So i tried to

put PB on everything just to get some protein down. I

am now eating a salad that consists mainly of beans,

cheese and a little veggis. Hopefully it will stay

down. I do have to say that this Tool is a lot harder

to use correctly that I had anticipated, but if it

were easy to lose weight we would all be twigs with

out any help.

FOr those of us on plateuas AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I

screamed for all of us. I am frustrated, last week Dr.

R put me on a serious fiber and laxitive regiment

until I start having regular BM. So far things are

progessing, but still not normal. I think that has

helped to aid in my plateau. And this hair shedding is

too much, I am ready to shave it all off, then I

remember how vain I am and that would not work lol. My

boyfriend says I am shedding worse than a cat. SOrry

to be so long, but I needed to vent.

Congrats on the 132, man! Keep up the good work!

Update

Hello all :)

Well, I've made it to a new goal. My first goal was to loose 100

pounds.

I did that about a month and a half ago. My second goal was to get under

500 pounds...I did that last week, I just forgot to mention it. I was

EXACTLY 500 pounds 2 weeks ago. When I weighed myself last Wednesday I was

499. Yay! I was on a slight plateua where I only lost 1 pound last

week...boo...But I got weighed last night and I have lost 7 more pounds

since last Wednesday...7 pounds in 4 days? Not too bad. So now I'm 492

pounds for a total loss to date of 132 pounds. Can ya update me, Jeff?

THanks :) From 624 to 492 in 4.5 months...I think I'm doing pretty good. I

hadn't been drinking much water and had been eating a lot of fried foods at

work (They always order out and I was making bad decisions) but I've gotten

back on track and I'm making good food choices and drinking more water...But

the way I see it is these little deviations we make off the path help us

learn to keep doing things the right way by keeping us reminded of how much

our lives have changed and NEEDED to change. Does that make sense to anyone

else?

Breathe Riza! Sorry everything is coming down at the same time! But really

happy for you that DH is OK. Your right, that is the important thing

-- update

Hi all,

sorry been out of action. OH, and Sorry about missing the weekly

challenge too...hope it's ok if we resume next week. Am on no mail

right now and probably will be for the next 2 weeks.

Anyway, crazy week so far. DH was in an auto accident yesterday and

his car was totalled...he's ok though so that's what's important.

Besides that, our escrow is supposed to close today but there are

some problems!!! Have been frantically calling insurance company to

get a policy on the new home because a clerical error on their part

is holding up the closing...argh!!!! Plus, they need MORE documents

relating to the gift check that we received from 's

parents...WHY NOW?!!! Now we have to run around town getting

documents and statements, etc. and try to get it there before 3:00 in

the afternoon. Plus have to deal with a wrecked car and have only 1

car between us and we work in opposites ends of town...actually, not

even in the same town!!!

So nervous and on edge that haven't eaten aything all day except a

doughnut here at work (that's all that was available and I didn't

have time to plan...)

Please send good vibes this way...I NEED THEM! LOl!

Will let y'all know once everything's settled down and hopefully

we'll get those darn keys to the new house tomorrow!

-riza
