just wanted to put my 2 cents in about progesterone and ep... this time with

my pg when my prog. was dropping, I asked about going on prog. supplements

and my dr. said he doesn't like to give them until he knows the baby is

where it should be , because it actually prolongs it if it is an ep.. and

that would make sense, especially if AF is trying to come, it would stop

it.....

I think that makes perfect sense. Why prolonge something that is

going to have to end. I'm sure the dr's mean well.

Hi Pam,

That's such a bummer that you have to work Thursday, atleast it will keep

you busy. Will you go in directly after the test?

My doctor mentioned that some people produce 30+ follies and that once you

get that high the quality isn't as good. I'm just hoping for some type A's.

My friend Gail produced 5 her first cycle, was initially pregnant with

twins, lost one in the 12th week, and delivered a healthy little girl. Her

second cycle only produced one egg which they implanted and she had another

little girl. She was starting menopause that's why there were so few eggs.

DH and I just discussed the possibility of my having to drive up there

everyday next week. He's going to help me with coverage at work, so that

makes it much easier (one less thing to worry about). His attitude was, " if

that's what you have to do, do it. "

Just keep thinking positive thoughts!!! We're all praying for you.

Hi Pam,

That's amazing that her mother-in-law carried the babies, how nice! Did she

get pregnant on the last IVF?

I loved being on progesterone; the afternoon naps were wonderful!!! I

would get carried away reading and lay down for 60 minutes!!! I charted

while on progesterone and didn't notice any significant differences from

prior months, but everyone's different (you may react differently on

progesterone than I did).

You're down to 29 hours and 16 minutes, hang in there.

Pam,

Is your friend going crazy taking care of twins? Everytime I think about

it, I always think twins would be great as toddlers, but as infants it

really seems tough!

Good luck tomorrow! Will they be calling you at work with the results? I

don't think I would be handling this as well as you are. Hang in there, 8

1/2 hours to go...

I'll be praying for you tonight and all day tomorrow! It's going to be

tough, but try to get some sleep; or atleast lay down and relax.

Hi Pam,

Thanks for saying that, I was really worried about having only 3 measureable

(that is if you count the 7's). They said it was still early, hopefully by

next week there will be a big difference.

When did they start to become concerned about your lining? I'm getting

worried because mine was only a 5 today. I'm still spotting a little from

af, so I'm not sure how long it takes to rebuild. Hopefully I'll know more

when they call back.
