Patient has pain in his low back radiating in to his testicle on the

normal to inspection by patient.

Plan: IVP was obtained.

If the patient is on a diuretic, then potassium (K-Dur) could be

prescribed to replace the losses due to excessive urination and getting

rid of all the extra fluid.

There's also a new formulation of

Ritalin/methylphenidate called Concerta that's

supposed to last all day, but when I tried it for my

chronic fatigue/ADD, I found it to be completely

undigestible and hence ineffective.

Hello aasawyer@... (Alice A Sawyer),

In reference to your comment:

è Radiographs taken reveal a moderate HAV deformity

è with an increase in IM, an increase in TSP and an

è increase in HA. Also noted on X-ray is an increase in

è HI

In Stedman's Ortho I found TSP as tibial sesamoid position and HA is hallux

abductus. Hope this helps :)

Cookie,

It was me that the neurologist pooh poohed the MR spectroscopy.

I have heard that we are tall, thin,, very active people in stressful jobs or

situations, with environmental similarities...of course this continues in ALS

patients too..

Hi Cookie:

I went to the doctor's today and I got a clean bill of health. Now the

next one gets done May 7th. I received and E-mail from Ann tonight and

she might be coming to Albany. And I also talked to Carla and she is

going thru a real bad time, and I am trying to convince her to join us,

if only for dinner. She said she would think about it.

If everybody come's so far we are 7.

Remember every one, we are getting together in Albany NY Saturday &

Sunday April 26 & 27th, we would love to have you join us. Think about

it!

Rita, Cookie, Vivian (The Hens) the men shall remain anonymous LOL!

Luv & Hugs!

I get the shakes on my legs even sometimes in bed when I sleep. But I figure
