Hold your arm up as far as you can and massage (very very gently) from finger tips as far to shoulder as you can and gently pull accross the chest to the other side....the fluids are collecting in your arm....I forgot did you have lymph nodes removed....the lymph nodes is what gets rid of the fluids and if you had any removed the fluids stay in the arm....this is what the lymphodema nurse had me to do and gave me a lot of exercises to do but have lost my sheet....but the best bet is to check with your doc or his nurse.....Angel Huggs and Prayers Judy G wrote:

have just vanished......friends on the net Ive talked to for years..I

haven't done a lot of whinnying to them.mostly only here...Mostly only

saying Im ok...to them....

Do any of you run across this?

Have you maybe been using it too much? Did the doctor give you exercise to do like take your fingers and crawl the wall? I would definitely call him today and let him know you are in a lot of pain. You are in my prayers.

I wonder why? I heard from a woman..when I was working.I almost didnt like......she..is the only one that has called...to tell me how much the ladies miss and look for my car.

My Church........even....I asked for a blessing last week..I havent even seen them.....and one lives right next door to me...the one I asked.

I am not a active member now.......but I am so far from being bad.it's funny..

That in it's self is a long story........I once was a Stake Missionary..

I am dumb founded.......hurt......I decided, I guess I dont need someone to lay hands on e in order to get a blessing from God....

I didn't have a computer back in 1990 but but all but one or two of my friends disappeared after my diagnosis/surgery. Guess they wern't true friends after all.

Hold your arm up as far as you can and massage (very very gently) from finger tips as far to shoulder as you can and gently pull accross the chest to the other side....the fluids are collecting in your arm....I forgot did you have lymph nodes removed....the lymph nodes is what gets rid of the fluids and if you had any removed the fluids stay in the arm....this is what the lymphodema nurse had me to do and gave me a lot of exercises to do but have lost my sheet....but the best bet is to check with your doc or his nurse.....Angel Huggs and Prayers Judy G wrote:

My Church........even....I asked for a blessing last week..I havent even seen them.....and one lives right next door to me...the one I asked.

I am not a active member now.......but I am so far from being bad.it's funny..

That in it's self is a long story........I once was a Stake Missionary..

Oh yes...I think that they think you are contageous...or something....I used to go out and eat with a bunch of the ladies....and for some reason they just quite calling me.....I would talk to one on the phone and ask when we were getting together and it was always we did last week...but when it really hit home was we were to have a Christmas party well I was ready to go with my gift and it was canceled at the last minute we were going to have it later well THEY did...so I just gave up on the group....Judy G wrote:

Do any of you run across this?

do you lay with your arm proped up....you need to keep it above your heart.... just like when your feet and legs swell so much you lay with your feet highter than your heart.....try keeping your arm above or higher than your heart......

Have you maybe been using it too much? Did the doctor give you exercise to do like take your fingers and crawl the wall? I would definitely call him today and let him know you are in a lot of pain. You are in my prayers.

Yes even my church too....I have come to the conclusion that if I ask for a blessing I will receive it...after my heart surgery some of the members that I thought were good friends looked the other way then after my cancer surgery I just seemed to be of non improtance to any of them....I can worship my Lord at home and with ones I come in contact as well as in church....He still answers my prayers and where there are two or three gathered in His name..and look what we have here.....a bunch that every time we sit at the computer we are gathered in His name.....
