Guest guest
Tonya, Not much of anything this past week as I am coming down with Flu ? I hope nobody loses weight that way, it's really no fun. Normaly I eat a lot of Vegies along with Cheese, peanut butter and eggs for protein. I do eat some meats- Chicken, fish and beef once or twice a month . Not quite a vegan, but close . I try to stay within 1800 hundred calories a day, as that is my maintaince plan. I do try to follow the " Choice is Yours" Exchange Plan as close as possible. As a KOPS it is really hard to eat the foods I love and still maintain.Tell you one thing tho, I sure do miss chocolate, etc! Willie Roll Call Down 3 this week, making me 7 under goal.Exercised 6 hours and walked 7 miles.Willietwbird@...EMAIL SUPPORT TEXAS-STYLE!!Visit us on the web: http://www.texastops.org EMAIL SUPPORT TEXAS-STYLE!!Visit us on the web: http://www.texastops.org
Guest guest
Hey, Willie - - -Sorry to hear you have been sick! That's no fun at all!! When my "chocolate" craving gets too fierce, I make sugar free instant chocolate pudding with 1% milk - - and you can even put a dollop of low fat cool whip on it, if you like! Not as good as a good ole chocolate candy bar, but it does taste pretty good. I have been making the sugar free instant pudding (vanilla or lemon) with a can of Lite Fruit Cocktail - - I do add a little bit of 1% milk because it seems awfully thick with only the juice off the fruit. And my husband even likes it! It is a good dessert - - or mid-afternoon or night-time snack. Hope you are feeling better soon! You may have to weigh in with your coat and heavy boots next week if you lose any more weight!!! ((((((HUGS)))))))) Clara

Guest guest
, It sounds like you are on the right road to finding out something about your problem at long last. It will be good to find out what's causing your trouble and I hope there is an " easy fix " to all this. Enough suffering is enough! Right, ?
