Tonya,

Not much of anything this past week as I am coming down with Flu ? I hope nobody loses weight that way, it's really no fun.

Normaly I eat a lot of Vegies along with Cheese, peanut butter and eggs for protein. I do eat some meats- Chicken, fish and beef once or twice a month . Not quite a vegan, but close .

I try to stay within 1800 hundred calories a day, as that is my maintaince plan. I do try to follow the " Choice is Yours"

Exchange Plan as close as possible.

As a KOPS it is really hard to eat the foods I love and still maintain.Tell you one thing tho, I sure do miss chocolate, etc!
