HI Shy,

Just to let you know that you are not alone. Every month at that time

I get really exhausted. Today I didn't get up to after 1200pm and

sitting here going through these emails I feel like I am doing this

half sleeping since I am so exhausted.

Hi

I am in Toronto, Canada. I had 16 fibroids and had UAE done 10 months ago. I

feel great, although the fibroids have not shrunk much. There are no new

ones and all my symptoms are gone. My problem is that since they are

calcified, but not reducing should I now consider surgery? I found the

information on Dr. Sved helpful. Thanks! Anymore assistance is appreciated.

Are you both taking IRON? it may help with the feeling

of exhaustion, if you feel that tired you must be

anemic. I feel better now that I am taking iron, a

little tired but not like before. .

Are you both taking IRON? it may help with the feeling

of exhaustion, if you feel that tired you must be

anemic. I feel better now that I am taking iron, a

Hey there!!

Actually, My Doc has tested me, but I'm not anemic.

Everytime I have went to the Gyn for annual etc..they

have tested me and the result says that I am not

anemic. However, I could be one of those riding on the

borderline and nothing is ever said. I've asked

several diff. Gyn if I am anemic and they say

I'm not anemic and I'm so tired I feel I could croke-I think fibroids have a

draining effect on

energy-just a theory.

You write that all your symptoms are gone. Why then would you

consider surgery? Is it to have a flatter looking belly? and/or to

try to avoid possible future problems (such as prolapse? Your

situation wouldn't be so different from that of a post-menopausal

woman with harmless " wombstones " (dead, calcified fibroids)

Hi, just to let you know that I am not taking iron. I was tested back

in October and I was fine but the doctor did tell me that my iron

reservior was low. I am thinking about getting another doctor appt to

see where I am sitting with my iron now.
