You can use them whenever you want, as often as you want.

Generally for detoxing from phenol intolerance. They are usually

calming, so doing them at night is preferable.

One of our members commented that one should not use

Epsom salt baths if one has open sores or senstive

skin. If you feel any kind of burning, get out

immediately and shower with clean water.

Usually about 20 minutes....my son also just sat in the water and we got

good effects just the same.

However, if your child does not tolerate baths, you can make a homemade

epsom salt cream and rub some on the back of the shoulder blades instead.

Just be sure that you dissolve the epsom salts in boiling water before

adding to the oil of choice or the salts will just stay grainy.
