then add in 5-10 minutes of an advanced tape and then work up to 30 minutes

basic, 30 minutes advanced and then do all Advanced with modifications

taking out those modications as you feel more comftorable.

I am so VERY, VERY sorry that you are going through this. I know

how frustrated you must feel - let alone the pain you are feeling too.

You are in my thoughts and prayers and I hope it all turns out okay

for you and SOON.

P.S. If you happen to have to wait a little bit on Susi's replies,

they are well worth it!!! She has a pretty good shoulder to lean on

and some great advice to boot (sorry if too mushy Jenni but it is

true.)!!!

Does anyone in this group know of a good doctor in or near

Laplace,Metairie.or the New Orleans area? That treats Fibromyalgia with an

another autoimmune disorder (need a doctor to figure out which one).

Ilene,

I thank you for your concern, it means a lot... the grades, i ask myself

that all of the time... because it seems like i only have a little bit of

quiet time, before someone slams open the door to tell me everything that i

am doing wrong... that makes me laugh, but my dad does protect us... hes just

really confused,,, because he doesnt know what to do... he loves her, and he

knows what she is doing is wrong, we just can't figure out how to stop it,

and then he looks like the bad guy in all of this because he hasnt done

anything... she isnt very physically abusive... as with most BPDs its all in

the verbal/emotional... only a few more months i know... well I hope everyone

has a good day tomorrow
