Seriously though, I've only had two brands of mead, one from Holy

Island which is so sweet I couldn't drink it which lead to me to make

vinegar from it and the other from Broughton Pastures which is much

dryer and really quite nice. Cross between beer and wine in a nice

way. My next experiment is to brew some lacto fermented honey. The

malt syrup ferment was really nice.
