I have no idea either, but it sounds awfully close to a personal attack. May

I remind that such are not permitted here.

I thought you two would agree to disagree?

Luckily, I don't know what " blarney " is, and

I won't bother to look it up in a dictionary.

Blarney is a castle in Ireland, and an Irish

nickname for a skill at using words persuasively and convincing others

to do what you want. Aspies by definition are highly unlikely to

be full of blarney.

There is a legend that you can acquire the skill of blarney magically

by kissing a stone in a high wall of the castle. The reality behind it

is probably: In the Middle Ages the Irish were marginalised in their

own country by the English, into a rural peasant Pale of Settlement

with limits set some distance back from the occupied east coast towns,

so they came to be associated a lot with persuasive street trading of

farm craft goods. This combined with having a quite fast-paced accent.

Not when sterotypes are made into false fact... It's best to rebell

against the nonsense.

It means nonsense, sort as if your full of false fact.

1. Your quizzes represent a group conditioned mentality, the

questions are subjectable.

2. The results are not accurate, as you do not have qualifications

to begin with.

The only viral count that is too low is one that is UNDETECTIBLE on the Heptimax that checks down to 2-5 iu/ml,,, if you are undetectible with that,, then you are clear,, any other number is TOO HIGH! thats insane,,Dave <d_k45050@...> wrote: They will not treat me.> I have no job and no monet and go to the VA.> > > ---------------------------------> Everyone is raving about the all-new beta. > > > > > Jackie>Jackie

Well when I was first dx in dec 05 and after my Liver Biopsy in March 06 my viral count was 24,000 which is low and I had received a three months supply of the combo drugs and my Hep C Doctort at that time was ready to start. I had to quit my job, because of confusion, and the only thing I could do was go to the VA, and wgen they did the blood work it was just 6,000 and that Doctor said my body was fighting it off on it;s own > Hell I don't know I'mjust a sick dumb ass. I have to agree with what other poeple are saying here . I just

recently made the decision to go on treatment, and i looked at the

national institute for Health's guidelines for treatment, and low viral

count does not mean you should or should not get treated, my doctor

wanted me to start treatment because I HAD a low viral load and that

meant a better chance at a Sustained Viral Response to treatment.

I go to a clinic called the Chance Center in Gulfport Florida that

treats poeple for free who have no insurance, and I get the drugs from

Patient assistant program for free,

Dont wait till its too late and you need a liver transplant. I see

those poeple in the support meetings i go to.

Thanks

,

I

will pray for you as well. I think you are to be commended for the fact

that your daughter is 22. I have only been dealing with it for two years

and I am TIRED. They tell me that she probably wont make it to that age,

but we are out to prove them wrong. Even though I am tired, I would do

anything to help my little girl live another day. I think the tiredness

would be much worse if I lost her.

Dear ,

I must have been in the hospital or something when you

joined us. So glad you're here! I guess you got that my daughter has cf

too. I don't consider her disease a handicap at all. I guess you feel the same

about yours with cf & downs.?

I was not born sick like I am now, and the newest dx is very

odd. I am going to see the shrink tomorrow. I sure hope he is a good one.

hey can't go wrong with DR. PHILlips that is his name for

I don't have any idea if it was a full moon. My days seem to

go up and down and I guess we are trying to level off. finding the proper med

While there is life, there is hope. I hear almost daily, of improved treatment for children with CF. I've also heard of some children being cured of CF. Contact THE AMERICAN LUNG ASSOCIATION to see if they can be of any assistance. Sue Borkowski <julie@...> wrote: Thanks

I

guess I never really gave an intro, just lurked and posted a couple of

times. So here goes…

I am

and I live about 30 miles outside of Austin Texas. I have a four year old

son named Nolan who has the deepest brown eyes you have ever seen! He has

a slight speech delay and takes speech therapy through the school

district. His father died when he was a baby. We were not married,

but that is a whole nuther story. I recently married my high school sweet

heart after being separated from him almost 20years. We were soon

pregnant and found out after the fact that we were both carriers of the cf

gene. We decided to take what we were dealt and go ahead with the

pregnancy. Well to our surprise Phoebe was born with Down’s

Syndrome and Cystic Fibrosis, very

very rare combination of disorders and has most of the doctors stumped.

We have had a wild ride with some very scary times when we almost lost

Phoebe. My pregnancy was horrible with the last two months on hospital bed

rest preeclamsia, and gestational diabetes. We delivered Phoebe one month

early by csection and hit the floor running with treatment care

hospitalizations etc. There was no time for me to recover and I still

have not caught up on rest. Unfortunately I do not trust anyone to care

for her like I do. I am not being stuck up, but no one else is as vigilant

as I am. With Phoebe if you are not strict with her care and treatments,

she can slip into sickness very easy. Anyway, if you want to see a short

video about her struggles click the link below my signature. It is a fundraising

site from the buddy walk, but just click the link and watch the video, I am not soliciting money!!!
