Don't mind the TV tray on the floor - THAT - is where dines each night (Macaroni & Cheese) Don't mind the labels & words on the wall - loves to read the words and know what they refer to. Don't mind the icons (20+) in each room - uses them to communicate with. . .. YOU! Don't mind the front room because it has no furniture - likes it that way! My favorite is. . .trying to watch people leave my house and figure out how to work all the locks on the doors. I feel like the world has been lifted off my shoulders since I went to the lawyer. He told me that he has his own people, ed consultants, psychologists, behaviorists etc. He will be sending someone to the meeting with me after he finishes reviewing the paperwork and consulting with his team. He was upset that I was paying for a psychologist when the school should be paying and also that it is the school's responsibility to get a good behavioral plan and follow it. He will be getting the restraint report from the state and we will go from there. I will keep all of you posted.I will be working 2 jobs to pay for all of this.He is very expensive but from what I have been told one of the best in the state. I sure hope so. The school called while I was in his office. I almost jumped out of my skin when the cell rang. The principal told me that Zeb didn't want to do any work and started kicking and spitting. I went to the school after I came home but he was eating lunch with his class and they said he was fine. They called the classroom and asked Zeb if he wanted to see me and he said no. He came home with no glasses, homework and communication book. I have no idea what went on. I will keep you posted. Charlyne Mom to Zeb 9 DS/OCD ? He was taken off that bus and put on the small van. The driver is an old witch. Zeb was more stunned when he fell than anything else. The bus driver never moved or said a word. I was sitting in the driveway in the car. I forgot I fast I could move. I was out of the car and in the street before he even started to cry. I just calmed him down put him back into the car and drove him to school. I have finally convinced him tonight to just let me drive him from now on. He just loves that bus ride but this driver is so nasty to him that he realizes going with mom is nicer. Charlyne Mom to Zeb 9 DS/OCD ? Guest guest
Linet - please remind me - what week are you on? Are you drinking any alcohol? What are your free days like? Park Donna Ok Donna you emailed me this website but who has the time to do this calories counting. I know about the 25 grams but now the calorie thing has got to go i just know that i am supposed eat the proteins that are not fried or high in fat like the lowfat cottage cheese. So what does this mean that i have to check my calroies too? because i am only eating the things that are no the allowed foods. TODAYS MENU meal 1- 4 egg whites on wheat toast with one slice of tomatoe and lite yellow mustard meal 2- grilled chicken with broccolli corn and alittle onions on the chicken and water meal 3- vanilla myoplex lite shake meal 4- strawberry myoplex lite shake meal 5- grilled chicken with spiniach and squash and water meal 6- lowfat cottage cheese with strawberrys and cantolope and sprinkled with one equal. so how is that plus the servings are just right the chicken is about 4 oz and like 4 stems of broccolli and about 1/2 of corn thanks linet

Guest guest
Actually it is less than that. An egg white has roughly 3.5 grams of protein in it. So 4 would only be 14 grams. I usually have 5 whites and 1 whole. Dependingon my protein needs for that day. NOT EATING BFL thats why my protein needs ( grams) change. Guest guest
Hi Linet. You don't have to do anything you don't want to do. You simply stated: >Ok ladies here is the deal i weighed myself this morning and i weight one more pound i know it sounds stupid that i should worry about that but hey you know sometimes some habits are hard to break. Well then during the day i weighed 140 and that is like a differences of 4 pounds. So to me this sounds like your concerned about the 4 pounds. Therefore, I posted a site for you to read because perhaps your eating too much. I don't really know what your eating. Looking at your menu that you posted. That looks pretty good. At the time I didn't know what you were eating. Alot of people chart their food. Here is a typical day for me. I key my food into www.fitday.com (alot of people do) I weigh 136 lbs. According to that link I posted for optimum fat loss I am supposed to eat 10x my current body weight. Which is 136 X 10= 1360 calories per day. I roughly try to stick to that. I usually eat anywhere from 1300 - 1500 calories per day. This is a typical day for me. Charted on Fitday. Meal #1 Myoplex Lite Shake Meal #2 1 cup oatmeal with cinnamon and splenda Meal #3 3.5 oz chicken breast 1 cup spaghetti squash 1/4 cooked tomatos mixed in 1 hard boiled egg white Meal #4 Myoplex Reg Shake Meal #5 Olafsons sundried tomato wrap 3.5 oz chicken breast 1 Tbs FF Sour Cream 1 Tbs BBQ sauce 1/4 cup Lettuce 1 small tomato 1 cup spaghetti Squash Meal #6 EAS AdvantEdge Bar Calories: 1306 Fat: 19g - 14% Carbs: 155g - 46% Protein: 129g - 41% You don't have to do this..it was just added to my reply just incase you were interested. Guest guest
Hi Serenity. This menu was posted as an example. Since I don't know what her goals are.. I was basically pointing out the website for her. I genereally eat about 11x my body weight in a day. For muscle gain and fat loss. I was also told that you should eat 1g of protein per body pound. With this menu I pretty much accomplished that. The carbs are 7% higher but some days that happens. I was also told that it is okay to eat higher carbs early in the day. I generally try and keep my carbs low at supper and after. The wrap has 27g carbs, 5g protein. The chicken 17g protein. This is acceptable for a meal in my opinion. As long as your protein is 40% of your daily intake. 40/40/20. Mind you I usually have a protein (low carb) shake for my after supper meal. Which helps to balance out my evening. Usually my days end up being 45% protein and 40% carb, 15% fat. Donna H Re: Donna Donna H wrote: > > > I weigh 136 lbs. I was also told that it is okay to eat higher carbs early in the day. I generally try and keep my carbs low at supper and after. Of course you can do what you want But BFL stresses equal carbs and protein for all 6 meals each day.. not more carbs in the morning and fewer carbs in the afternoon So I just wanted to clarify! > The wrap has 27g carbs, 5g protein. The chicken 17g protein. This is acceptable for a meal in my opinion. As long as your protein is 40% of your daily intake. 40/40/20. I was under the impression that winter squash (which spaghetti squash is) counts as a carb I see that it only has about 7 carbs per serving but that was why I was wondering. Serenity (who was told that you should eat .8g of protein per pound a day. And only 11x your weight in calories if you are basing it off of your Lean Body Mass. Funny! Of course.. I don't count calories so it's all moot to me )
