You lost Tony?!?!?! Get to that store and get another

one :o)!!!!! I don't know what it is about the

bottles, but for some reason, it does make it easier.

Now I'm so use to it, it doesn't matter. But in the

beginning I could only drink out of a bottle.

Sandie, Tae and Bo who has a ton of squeeze bottles

and would give a few if she were closer :o)!!!!!

Hi , actually I have never quit the Wednesday challenge :) Would

jesus. count me in. i have to be on stage under white lights in a

leotard and tights in 13 days and i'm not feeling that great about it. 2

weeks of hard work couldnt hurt.

I need to be accountable too! I eat pretty well, but always sneaking

in those little bites of stuff, so I want to try to steer completely

clear of that this week! Which means NO bites of my daughters' food

when they leave half a sandwich on their plates!

Count me in too. I had a Valentine's pizza day at my work on Friday and pigged

out. I also had too many cappuccinos from the local coffee shop. BAck to eating

properly this week. Now I am going to feel accountable to all of you.

I'm in! I'm in dreaded Week 5. Luckily, I know from reading this

board that it's normal to not see a lot of visible results yet at

this point, or I would be really frustrated. I am seeing small

changes and feeling huge changes in terms of energy and mood, so of

course I'm pushing through. But an extra incentive would help!

Count me in too!! I am on day one of week one!! What a great way to

start my challenge!!!!

I must share...I had a great workout this morning. I hit a couple of

10's but mostly 9's. I guess it is just a matter of figuring out

which weights to use to reach each level. I underguessed a few of my

sets weight wise.

I had my one egg with 3egg whites scrambled with just a little pepper

and onion using only a little spray olive oil(0 fat and 0 everything

else) and one slice of plain wheat toast.

So far so good.

So....Let's go! 100% clean week!

Yippppeeee!!! I feel like I'm part of the gang now...anyone else out

there just starting today??

i ate about 98% clean yesterday. there was one extra teaspoonfull of

peanut butter and one or two bites of the casserole i made for my

husband, but everything else was squeaky. i'm really working on breaking

the nibbling in the kitchen habit. i tend to white knuckle through and

break the habit for a while, and i do really well...then slip back into

it again. i'm working to kick it for good!

here's to a 100% day!

I always wondered what people meant when they said they were 80%

clean, 90% clean, etc. LOL!!! So a nibble and an extra tbsp of pb

isn't too bad ?! I do that sometimes ;o)

I did good yesterday, too, except one little pinch of " real " shredded

cheese and a couple of baked dorito crumbs and a bite of peanut

butter and jelly on ww. I need to work on the nibbling, too, can you

tell? It's hard when you have 3 kids who eat 3 different things,

it's 3 times as hard LOL! I guess I could make them all eat the same

thing so I don't have to try all 3!!!

Working hard for a 100% clean day... So far so good :o)

Well you are doing EXCELLENT! Not just ok... missy! You know with

all the weight training you're doing, you're just getting some nice

fat burning muscle... you have big numbers coming up, hay we have

minus 50 coming up by Xmas! :o) Six pounds, you go girl! You're

I also work until 2 in the morning. I used to be like that then i

began to cut out processed food. Eventually those cravings left me.
