The maker's diet isn't a religious manual. However, if you look at the

people in the old testament they lived a long time even after the flood.

Not only were they old but people like Abraham were getting their wives

pregnant at around 100 years old. Also, Moses when he left Earth, the Bible

says his eyes were still good. That is what the makers diet talks about

basically. There is instructions on what to eat and what not to eat. Even

if you aren't a Christian, you can benefit from The Maker's Diet, or the

latest is Perfect Weight America. Also, the HSO's found in Primal Defense

are amazing gut boosters.

No. I often read books or articles dealing with spiritual matters but

seldom any dealing with religious matters. I do, however, find ph

very informative.

As for eating like a pig and living to 100 [or beyond] some people do.

And some eat a healthy diet and die at half that. Besides, what is

healthy today may be found to be unhealthy next year.

It really doesn't matter if it's music or whatever. You do have most of

your hard drive full, to the point that I suspect you need to free up

some space. Your system needs some hard drive space for things like

virtual memory and swap files [i think], and you have precious little left.

You may be able to get back a bit of hd space by cleaning up your hard

drive if you don't do it regularly. To do this follow the same path as

before and click on " disk cleanup " and follow the prompts. Delete all

the junk files found in this process.

Also run " checkdisk " and defrag your hard drive.

You could also delete any programs that you never use to get back a

little space.

Then again follow the same procedure as before [ Start/my computer/

right click on the drive letter/properties/general] and click on

" compress disk to save drive space " . Unless someone here knows some

reason you shouldn't do this; I'm really not a pc expert.

I just found a group that might be able to help all of us keep our

computers in shape. I haven't really checked it out yet:

http://tech./group/mycomputerheadaches/

Luck,

Here's about the first thing I found

:

When you follow The Maker's Diet, you'll be adhering to God's original

eating plan!

End of quote. I took that to be a religious reference.

My reference to " religious " and " spiritual " arises from my personal

belief that a vast number of " religious " people ARE NOT Christians; IMHO

if Christ came back today he would likely clean house in the modern

Church just as the reports of his activities with the money changers in

the temple.

As for the flood: You might just for fun check out how much water it

would take to cover the highest mountains on earth and how much water is

on the entire planet. OTOH if facts don't matter to you there's really

no reason to confirm we're a few trillion tons of water short.

However, this is totally off topic, so I'll drop it after any comment

you want to make...

Then there's IMHO a much better chance that you're spiritual...

Hi Crystal and ~

The Maker's Diet (along with Perfect Weight America) by Jordin are

excellent nutritional books with quite a bit of information gleaned from

Sally Fallon's book, Nurishing Traditions, and the Weston A. Price

Foundation. Excellent resources. The Garden-of-Life products (i.e. Primal

Defense and Omega-Zyme) are also excellent! My family has been using them

for years.

take care,

~
