Cyndi, That is what I experienced also, It made me feel

good all over but strong tiredness set in. I believed that I

was absorbing the magnesium a great deal, so I gave it a break.

Then started later. Magnesium is a relaxant to the muscles.

Also I avoided taking it during my period. I have so many thing

that are screwed up with that, I didn't care to complicate things

in any way.

I found Homozon life saving for my chronic illnesses. Additionally it is

acceptable to use in periods of fasting, and very detoxing. It the only

then in late afternoon to evening. If 1/4 tsp. isn't giving

you enough cleanse then increase the doseage to 1/2 tsp.

It takes about 3 days for me to get results when I first

tried it. Now it takes 2 days.

I wouldn't believe you need more lemon juice at your small

dose. 1/2 of a lemon is about twice the amount needed to

charge this supplement.

Yes, if you get a good reaction then keep taking it and

stay at the dose that worked. I however tried taking it

for a two week time period but it made me feel tired.

Magnesium will do that, so I must be absorbing it well.

If I take Homozon for longer than 4 days, it doesn't react

in my system anymore. I just wait 2 weeks and then do

it again. Taking it twice a day is a must for me.

Someone here posted about not taking primal defense at the same time

as oxygen therapy (i.e. homozon). I would be interested to know why

they are contraindicated.

I had my best results of passing mucoid plaque while using PD and

homozon. I did not take them at the same time of day, but yes in the

same day.

impressed! I've been able to stay on my juice cleanse for both days (not easy

with cravings) and have tons of energy!

I will say that I am also taking SF 722 and Threelac, as well as 5-htp

(Tryptophan pre-cursor), HSO and SBO probiotics, glutamine, gla, cla, ala to

reduce, minimize cravings, depression, fat storage.

The addition of the Homozon, after 5 doses now has produced an enormous amount

of energy and willpower, which I have sorely been lacking. When I began the

cleanse yesterday, I started taking pictures of myself so that I would have

proof of what my protocol could do for me. I'll need the extra boost as well,

but it seems to be helping me dump the extra water retention from possible food

allergies already!

I hope your seeing good results!

I did a liver flush (Hulda ) last week and then ate really badly for a few

days.

I'm primarily juicing with lemon water, organic vegetable broth and mixes of my

" Perfect Food " with a half dose of Promax, to keep the protein in my system.

I'm also still taking the amino's, gla and ala. Perhaps it's the 5-htp or the

super green combination in the Perfect Food combined with the Homozone that is

getting the energy going. I also mixed a couple of psyllium bentonite shakes.

Right now, I'm just using Dr. Shulze formula #2 instead of my individual mix,

but I think it all helps catch the die-off before it goes back into my system.

I had a weak moment today, on day two, when I wanted to break down and eat, but

took a dose of the Homozon and some amino's and the craving passed so I've been

able to get through Day 2 as well. I'm hoping to go the distance of at least 10

days on this because I'm getting plenty of nutrients from the Promax and the

Perfect Food.

My first dose of Homozon was 1/2 teaspoon, which seemed okay and not too many

problems, so my second dose, several hours later was 1 rounded teaspoon. Today,

I have taken 3 doses of 2 teaspoons each. Not as much energy, but still getting

good results.

Hope this helps. Also, you may want to try the liver flush. Beginning to get

some of the old toxins out and opening the bile duct passages did seem to help

quite a bit. And the flush wasn't as bad as I had read!

a different opinion on what to do first: the bowel cleanse, liver

cleanse, parasite cleanse, etc. I was going to do the bowel cleanse

The Homozone is actually going to help with bowel cleansing through the oxygen,

while the liver can't metabolize toxins or process fat correctly, so it holds

allergies, etc. According to eastern thought, the liver holds anger, stress,

etc, so I decided to clean it first. I had been using the clear parasite

tablets for a few days and never saw any results, so I just went for the liver

flush and got good results.

Probably around 200 stones. I'm going to do another one, after I make it on my

juice cleanse for 5 days. I was reading that your body doesn't actually start

to clean old material until the 5th day of a fast anyway.

Since I was going to be adding more toxins with extra oxygen and a stepped up

candida program, I determined that it would be better to do a liver flush first.

I had been off caffeine for quite some time and drinking 6 glasses of water

daily, so I think my kidneys are okay too. Otherwise, I would just get some

unsweetened cranberry juice and mix 2 oz with 8 oz of water and drink several

glasses throughout the day to help clean the kidney and lymph.

It didn't make much sense to me to add more toxins to my system, when I was

already carrying extra weight from the toxins that were in there just from the

candida.

Follow what you think is best for your body though. That is the best way to go.

If Mag 07 is like the Homozon then take it only for periods

of time you want to do a bowel cleanse. It doesn't have to

be daily. The MiraLax is pretty good at regulating your

bowel movements to a normal routine. I am getting a hemhroid

removed and told to take this daily. Well its pretty good

and I found after taking it for two weeks I could stop taking

it every day. I hope it corrected something.

I also began taking magnesium citrate tablets, 100 mg a day

and notice a great improvement on regularity. The important

issue right now for me is keeping my stools soft enough to

pass because of the surgery.

It appears the manufacturer of Homozon has been negligent fullfilling demands.

I know I purchased it from the manufacturer up until last November. They charged

my card almost 200.00 for a case of it. I received that case four months later!

I have been calling around and talking with many retailers. Nobody has it in

stock and most have been waiting for it since August. My last conversation with

someone said they are trying to get Homozon customers to switch to MAG07. She

said it is about the same thing. She said it the makers began manufacturing it

after Homozon became so difficult to get. I ordered two bottles and expect it in

next week. I will keep you posted as to the benefit of this product.

Mag07 is offered in the same powder form as Homozon addition to capsules. This

was a very big concern of mine also. I take about five teaspoons a day. If

bloating is ever experienced take more until you pass. Bloating and nausea are

signs that detox is needed. Be patient, increase your dose and let it pass. This

is a sure sign that you should stay on it for several months. I would of have

tried Colosan yet the person I called didn't carry it. Can we discuss low

pricing of the two?

I have not compared prices or did any research on pricing. I was told that if I

like it and purchase in case quantity I can get it cheaper. I am paying about

35.00 a bottle. Quite high.
