I would suggest a natural, herbal laxative, not a chemical one. Chemicals

are symptom suppressors, and they go into your body with the message for

it move out of the way that it can't handle what ever is going on.

Natural rememdies go into your body with the message that they can handle

whatever is going on and that the natural rememdies are there to assist

the body in healing itself. Besides, the chemical laxatives are toxic

and that is how and why they work.....your body tries to expell them quickly.

If you are originally constipated as I was, then take a laxative

to get things moving. Also I have been taking flaxseed, 2 tab.

in applesauce a day. This I believed help to dig some mucus away.

The Homozon did the pulling. I have been taking it once a day in the

evening but now I am going to stop for 2 weeks. I began feeling

quite tired in the morning when I get up and during the whole day.

I think the magnesium is really relaxing my muscles too much, probably

because my system doesn't move like it should.

When I start back on it I am going to add the candida purge to my

daily routine. Hope to see more things move.

When cleansing with Arise and Shine, when I got to the Bottom of the

Barrel so to speak ( passing stuff that was ancient inside of me) I

noticed the smell was very bad, sometimes like chemicals. I told myself

I was passing things that had been encased or trapped for years. Dr.

Jensen says that your body produces the catarrh to encapsulate the

pesticides or chemicals, so that your body wont absorb them. When you

start getting to that layer, you are releaseing the stuff that 1. didnt

get pooped out 2. was encased to protect your body. If the color is

dark and it sinks, that means it has a lack of oxygen, and is old

material. Rejoice. Again, I am not an expert, that is just my humble,

unprofessional opinon.

are parasites that inhabit the liver. I have read about them on various

parasite sites, and you could do the same. I don't remember much about them

except that they have a fleshy appearance and they are common. Wish I could

Yes, . There have been several posts here of people passing cooties from using homozon. I have seen the little sesame like things a few times and could not relate it to anything I had eaten. Meaning I am sure it was not undigested food.

When you let it sit like that it begins to release homozon and you are actually

losing some of the activity. It should be doing that to the fecal matter in you

instead of to itself. As I understand it. But obviously you didn't lose alot

of activity. It still worked. It has an accumulated effect also. Three days

in, you see more action than on the first day.

By letting the Homozon sit with the lemon, aren't those reactions whcih are

supposed to take place inside the GI tract, doing so outside the

body, therfore not getting the full benefit?

interested in the candida overgrowth in my stomach

and

just a thought, it may help this area better. Just

Hi Karma, It is supposed to be taken on an empty stomach. Other than that, you

can take it any time. I don't like to take it too late or it keeps me awake,

but I have a friend who takes it after dinner and believes she sleeps better.

So I think it is an individual thing on that point.

been taking 1 tsp., for the last few days in water, followed by a whole or

half of a ruby red grapefruit. It works wonderfully for me like this. I

wasn't sure if it was the best time to take it or not. I am about to start

a water fast. Usually when I water fast, I add fresh lemon juice to my

water anyway, so that wouldn't be a problem. Would it be a problem or a

benefit to take it while fasting in this way?

According to the label and everything I've read on the web,

you are supposed to take it on an empty stomach.

I don't know if one time is better than another.

I've taken it in the morning as it is easier for me

logistically. Some people take it 2 times a day.

Karma, I would assumke the Homozon might work better durung a fast

since your basically keeping the GI tract free of food and allowing

the Homozon to work without food getting in the way and obstructing

the bowel tissues.

I like to take my Homozon in the morning on an empty stomach.

I'm trying to fast with lemon juice.

Hi Karma, Well, I am not an expert Karma, but I would think it would be

helpful. For one thing, for me, it reduces my appetite, so that would be

helpful in a fast. Also it cleans up toxins fast so I would think it would just

enhance the process.

Should be taken one hour before meal or one hour after. Even though

the body is still digesting food, the stomach is usually clear by an hour.

It will react with the food and lose it's ability to work on clearing " old "

things.

It can be taken while fasting ....may be the answer to not having

to take an enema during that time.

It also flushes parasites out of your system big time because it flushes

everything out. I am on an extensive antiparasitic protocol including top of

the line herbs (Awareness) and homeopathics made specially by my doctor, all

fatigued and have brain fog if I go off of homozon for a couple of days.

citrus into it to activate it anyway, but that alone won't make it easy to

down for some people. You may need something stronger to mask the texture.

It is a magnesium oxide bowelcleaner charged with ozone.

Most people get the runs but if you are constipated badly

it will take some time before you see cleaning results.

It is mixed with distilled water and freshly squeesed lemon juice.

Donna, on this lists sells it cheaper and ships it cheaper

than other places I have seen on the web. I believe there

is a file on it in the file section that describes it better than

this.

It is indicated to take it in the morning and evening. I take

mine in the evening out of convienience. If you can take it

twice a day it is best. How many days have you been on it?
