Homozon

That sure doesn't sound like a natural laxative to me. Natural means it

should have ingredients that you recognize and can pronounce, and there's

way too many chemicals and man-made ingredients in that one. And talc!

Yikes. Get rid of that one.

A more natural laxative would be something like Metamucil, which uses

psyllium seed husks, but even that has sugar in it (in the form of

dextrose.) You can go one step further, and get the really natural stuff,

in the form of plain psyllium seed husks at the health food store in bulk.

It's really cheap. You just take a tablespoon or two in a glass of water.

Another one might be flax seeds. These are even better for you, as they

provide the much needed essential fatty acids in the form of Omega-3's. You

just have to be sure to drink lots and lots of water.

And then there are the herbs that have been discussed, like cascara sagrada

and senna.

When you see a label that says natural, read the ingredient list, that will

tell the true story about how " natural " it is.

Homozon 150 grams

The origional oxygen therapy blass, founded 1898.

Homozon is a compound of magnesium and oxygen in which the magnesium atoms

form a loose lattice onto which much oxygen is bonded by catalytic process.

When taken with lemon juice or other acidic juice, that oxygen is released

inside the digestive tract, producing many benefits. As do most oxygen

therapies, Homozon provides oxygen to the body in the form of nascent or

" singlet " oxygen. which does not have to be converted by the body into that

form as does the atmospheric oxygen (O2) we normally breathe. Nascent oxygen

Suggested use: Daily ration varies according to the intended purpose. One

quarter to several teaspoons are stirred into 6 - 8 ounces of pure water and

swallowd as often as desired. Follow with sufficient lemon juice diluted in

water (1/4 to 1/2 lemon) to dissolve the powder, setting free the beneficial

gasses for action.

(Easy access to a bathroom is advised fro several hours after each serving is

Could you please tell me how many times a day one should take Homozon. Is it

2 or 3 times?

I think you also mentioned that when you fast and take Homozon, you should

be careful because the liver and kidneys might expel toxins too quickly. How

would we know that and what do we do about it?

Thanks for the warning Amal, yet that is what the Homozone does, expels

toxins out of the body. I would use a coffee enema when I had other fasting

symptoms. I find Homozon much more effective if I am diligent at taking it

twice a day.

Hi Bernadette,

I have another question about Homozon if you don't mind. When is it best to

take Homozon, before or after a meal?

You mentioned once that Homozon should last a month per container, I take

about 1 to 1.5 tsps, I have been on it for 2 weeks and I will soon be

running out. Is that too much? From what I understand you take much more

than that.

I am sorry to take so lon to reply. I have not been on the web in while. My

son has final exams and has booted me off.

My experience with Homozon. At first I took about 2 heaping teaspoons once

or twice day. This seem to flush me and flush me. Along came noticeable

changes in my well being. Now after juice fasting and Homozon I found I am

not flushing quite as much . I am experimenting and thinking that most

toxins are gone. Yet I have four bottles due in today and I am going to try

the recommended. mass doses. I am going to see how I do at a week long

steady increase of Homozon. If I do not flush much I will just do the

maintenance dose of 1 teaspoon per day.

I take it after a meal and that only because I forget to take it before

:-).

Allegra, this is in response to your post on your colon problem.

I know what you are saying. I have battled this for 10 years.

Went from one specialist to another.

They could not help anf it cost me a fortune.

As far as Homozon goes, I had the same problems you do. Bernadette advised me

to double the dose and I did. And it worked.

I take 2tsp every morning and every night.

Start with that. If it gets to much, lower the dosage again and find out the

amount that works best for you.

I also did a parasite cleanse.

You may want to give that a try too.

I take three HEAPING teaspoons morning and night. Sometimes I take four -

five and get a real good flushing. It really helps. Don't be afraid to try a

high dose once. You won't have any problems.
