enemas. Everytime I tell myself of doing the enema I put myself in a

state of panic for some reason, don't know the answer yet, maybe I'll

figure it out and will be able to do it in the near future. Talk

about the power of the brain and all the memories it stores without

your remembering them. Have a great weekend.

==>I understand about having a block on doing an enema. Can you get

a coffee colonic from a good practitioner? They often recommend too

many too often, but you can regulate that, which is one every 4-5

days. If you want to do that please let me know and I will give you

some more instructions.

Hi Sue. I can't swallow all that stuff about the leaky gut syndome.

It doesn't make sense to me. I think someone came up with it because

they do not understand that healing reactions are exactly the same

symptoms as allergic reactions, so they had to find another label for

what was happening. IF foods are leaking through the intestines into

the blood stream why can't they just look at the blood and find the

pieces of food? But that's not how it is done; they use antigens

made from foods under very unscientific procedures, often using foods

that are loaded with pesticides, etc. according to the antibody

theory which I also believe is quite false. See the Germ & Antibody

Theories are False Folder.

==>Water soluble vitamins that the body doesn't need will be thrown

off. That's why it is best to take the amounts recommended except

under unusual circumstances. For example if you are very sick your

body can utilize more, i.e. vitamin C is very large amounts are taken

to bowel tolerance (loose stools) and it means your body will need it

and use it.

Hello Deb,

A lot of us on the forum use the following sources for our supplements.

vitacost.com

swansonvitamins.com

azurestandard.com (Grain and Salt Society Celtic Seasalt, herbs, etc.)

mountainroseherbs.com (Unrefined coconut oil, herbs, etc.)

Hope this helps. :-)

Deb,

Alot of us use www.vitacost.com, they have the best prices out there and

it's only $4.99 for shipping, regardless of weight. The brand name I use

mostly is Country Life, they are a good source because *most* of their

products do not contain sugar, yeast, soy, etc.

I know that Bee recommends their clove oil (which I am using) when

you're ready for an antifungal. I chose it because it tastes great in

Pau D'arco and doesn't make me smell like raw garlic or burp oregano.

It's a great deal too.

I also use Now for just about everything else - they have ascorbic

acid, mag citrate, and even a good B-complex if you get niacin

separately. Also lots of options for fish oils and A/D from fish (make

sure to balance according to Bee). Even their stevia is my favorite in

terms of easy dissolving and taste. I order through iherb.com which has

great prices and delivers very quickly. As long as you follow Bee's

advice about soy, etc you should be fine with this brand.

> Hi Bee and the Group, I just wanted to know if you think supplements

by the company 'Now Foods' are ok to take. Their supplements are the

only ones I can find that are free of the usual culprits i.e sugar,

yeast, soya. Also their acidophilus contains 3 billion lactobicullus

(? spelling) is this ok or do I need to find a supplement containing

more?

==>Hi Naureen. Yes, NOW Foods is a good company. 3 billion units is

good. In fact when I cured my candida 20 years ago probiotics were

only in the million; go figure.

The best, Bee

250mg. Hope I am doing the right one.

==>Deb, those products are okay, but you are only getting 1,000 mg

per day, when you need 4,000 mgs. Buy ascorbic acid crystals

separately and mix it 50/50 with baking soda and take 3,000 mgs per

day in divided doses in addition.

==>You only need 50 mg of hesperidin per day and the other co-factors

of vitamin C as follows:

1,000 mg bioflavonoids

100 mg rutin

100 mg Rosehips

You be better off buying bioflavonoids separately; the others aren't

as important.

So, I don't need the rosehips, rutin or Hesperidin? Where does everyone else

order their Proper VIt C from? I herb and VItacost do not carry the correct

==>Deb, those co-factors of vitamin C are not important like

bioflavonoids are. Natural Factors has the vitamin C I recommend.

The Vit C by Natural Factors that I found has those same things in it, but also

has soy. I didn't think soy was a good thing to have.

Thanks

I sent this comment the other day, and I'm not sure it went through.

A little while back, I was looking at iHerb. I found the Natural Factors

Vit C on there, and I looked at it. I immediately dismissed it because it

clearly said that it contained soy.

The other day, I think it was you who mentioned you couldn't find anything

on iHerb, so I went back to their site to check my reference, and I found

Natural Factors Vit C again, but this time, it clearly said that it was

free of soy. Not quite sure what happened, but I KNOW I saw a Natural

Factors Vit C with soy. It clearly said " This product contains soybeans. "

Who knows?

mg states it does not contain soy.

Natural Factors has a Vitamin C product that states there is no soy in

it. It is called " C Extra 500 mg plus 500 mg bioflavonoids.

Thanks for the information on Vit C. As I said before, I have buying all my

supplements from Thorne Research. I checked with them before I ordered Vit c

again. Come to find out the ascorbic acid that I have been getting from them is

Sorbitol. Bee what do you think of that? Sorbitol is a sugar right? I was

VERY surprised and disappointed in the company.

==>Azomite is clay and I do not recommend it because I don't believe

candida sufferers will do okay with a clay product. Instead get your

minerals from ocean sea salt and good water, plus cal/mag per my

supplements list.
