Guest guest
Mike: you might check your blood pressure - when mine is low and I get up I get dizzy. The blood pressure issue improves with Candida treatment. Rob Mike OConnor <mike_oconnor33@...> wrote: Thanks Bee I really appreciate your advice and your time - I'll read the files you suggested. I have the same problem due to low blood pressure which is getting much better with the high protein diet. Increasing my intake of salt has also helped. The redness is caused by a healing process which creates inflammation to bring more blood to the site in order to help heal it. > > The other question i meant to ask is that over the last few days, > every time I stand up I've been getting very dizzy - although this > seems to have eased off the last two days I'm happy to say. I do find that the soups I make for lunch at work aren't very filling, so maybe I need to rethink that? ==>I'm glad your dizzyness has improved. There are many problems that can cause dizzyness, i.e. candida toxins which are mostly alcohol, blood pressure (the body will increase it to effect better healing however), low blood sugar, etc. All of these underlying situations are improved on the diet, supplements and other helps, i.e. lemon juice and sea salt in water, coconut oil, etc. When you get dizzy try having the lemon & salt drink, sipping it slowly. If that doesn't help eat have some coconut oil. And lastly try some protein, i.e. eggs. ==>You might need more solid foods in addition to the soup, or make a soup that has more bulk. Eat eggs in addition to the soup, or add some goodies to your soup. Also ensure you are consuming coconut oil at lunchtime which is very satisfying to the appetite and provide very needed energy the most efficiently. > Bee

Guest guest
Hi first did you go see a neurosurgeon or an orthopedic surgeon?? If not I'd go see one of those. You probably need a CAT scan to really show what is wrong. The pain is pinched nerves somewhere in your neck, I've had that pain myself and had neck surgery and a fusion to fix it. There were times I thought I couldn't even hold up my own head it hurt so much.It took me over 2 yrs of going to dr's to find one who believed me and helped me so keep trying. Also the grinding is your neck bones, I have that too have had it for a long time. Since I had a fusion on the left side of my neck mostly I had to really work at getting to where I could look to my left pretty well, it took me time to stretch it out. But it will never be 100% again. If its similar to what I had the pain will get worse and you will want to go see another dr. As for the dizziness I really don't know about that, sorry. Guest guest
Francee, I have never experienced dizziness due to flatback. The only time I have been dizzy is when I have inner ear pressure from a cold, or descending in an airplane. Please let us know what the doctor says. Guest guest
I have dizziness, but I have noticed it relates to my diet. I think I am Hypoglaucimic, even though I have never been tested for it. Try to monitor and see if you are getting enough carbs. That is the key for me. I know people with AIH should have a diet consisting of about 70% + carbs. Good Luck. Kathy in CA
Guest guest
I have trouble with dizziness or vertigo. I have and inner ear problem which causes this. I don't think mine is associated with the AIH. My sister has minears disease and this is an autoimmune disease but I was told mine wasn't minears but neurological. I hope you get some answers and I would talk to the doctor about this. Are you on Prednisone? This can cause all kinds of reactions in people. Good luck

Guest guest
I find that when I am dizzy, I need a chiropractic adjustment. My neck is usually pinching nerves and causing the problem. Occasionally I can go back to bed and resting relaxes what is bothering me. However, you can also have an inner ear infection or fluid retention in the middle ear, and perhaps need antibiotic treatment. in La Selva Beach CA Dizziness HI All, I have recently updated my supplement list as I gotten more educated from this group. Lately I have been experiencing dizziness when I turn my head in bed (not always) and today while drying my hair and moving my head around, I got REAL dizzy! Has anyone experienced this??? Guest guest
Tammy, If you have given the meds a real try, you probably should not have dizziness all the time. My comes and goes. I have tried five different meds and they all have side effects. The reality is that it is a trade off. You should never give up searching however. The more positive things that you add to your program and the longer you do that, the more likely it is that you can reduce your meds. The seizure count is the gauge? Guest guest
Get your colon moving and it is easy either take a herbal laxative or you can even drink an herbal laxative tea which they all taste pretty good. A healthy working system you should poop 2 to 3 times a day, shouldn't smell and it should rather more narrow and smooth looking. I know myself I could of gone days and sometimes weeks before I would go in the past and then when I would finally go it would hurt and it would come out looking like a big boulder and smelling like the land fill, that isn't normal. Once you get everything moving you will see a difference and most of the time it is pretty immediate you are not going to have to wait 30 days, so get to pooping!!! What do I have to do to have my " PA controlled " , just have it medicated so BP within bounds and K+ is alright? Or do you mean have surgery....after AVS, etc... Guest guest
Kim, When I visited China last May, it was very hot, polluted and very salty food. I was dizzy every day and we had to go home early. I was dehydrated and my potassium was very low. I have since been to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN for a check up. I have a tumor in my right left Adrenal Gland that is 2.2 centimeters. The Dr. changed my blood pressure medicine and increased the spironolactone (sp?) and put me on potassium suppliments. He does not want to do an AVS right now, but instead will do another CT scan in September. My BP is under control and I eat also no sodium. I am doing very well for now, but I remember that dizziness and it was horrible!!! Good luck. Deb Dizziness My BP is a bit up today (144/110) and I have awful dizziness, along with fast heartbeat (112). Had a doozy of a migraine yesterday, maybe this is all just the result of that? I have had dizziness before, but kind of on again off again type of thing. Today is constant and severe, almost feel like I am going to pass out... has anyone else experienced dizziness?
