WOW! Thank God no one was seriously injured! I am so glad that everyone was Ok, well except for the car. Statistic's prove more & more that people who wear their seat belt's suffer less injuries and escape from death more than if you don't wear them!

As far as her cousin being a Nun, Mother Superior and possibly knowing the answer as to why it happened; well to be truthful I hope she doesn't know the answer to that because it could be taunting.

It sounds like one freaky accident, and one I am sure they don't want to experience again. Maybe the cargo in the car was just powerful enough to overcome what that nasty road had in store for them? One may never know the truth about that.

Thanks for sharing the story. It's one more story that helps put things in perspective for me. Maybe that's why these things happen? Take care Jan & send my Love & Hugs to your friend and her cousin.

Love & Hugs...Bert. :o)

Hi Folks,

Actually, a labrador and poodle mix is called a labradoodle. I know,

because we have one! People laughed so hard when my husband told them

what kind of dog he is that now he just calls him a lab/poodle mix.

They're supposed to be bred for people with allergies but be forewarned,

ours sheds a lot of hair and grew larger than we were told to expect.

He's a sweet dog now but was incredibly stubborn as a puppy and required

heavy-duty training. We got him from Canada, as in, my brother-in-law

flew to Canada and brought him back! We adopted him from my sister's

family a few weeks later.

Best,

a

Sorry Alice,

Ralph had sent me something quite important and I couldn't get my

mail server to accept my outgoing mail and I needed to let him know I

got it. I'll be more careful in the future.

Right you are and I should know better as I do go to the JCC to Swim and

type too fast and make errors and the spell check doesn't catch them all.

not sure,,, do you really want the test?

I never took the test myself yet they can tell that I have genetic deafness

solely on catscan alone. If you did have catscan or MRI already.. ask about

" how many loops " your cochlea have, average size is 2.5 to 3 loops, genetic

deafness tends to be smaller (mine was 1.75 to 2 loops) and the doctor said " it

is

usually seen in genetic deaf " .

This is a most informational list concerning cochlear implants. Genetic

deafness and size of the cochlear makes sense. Insufficient turns in cochlear

therefore insufficient numbers of hair cells provided to hear well.

I was told it will cost 300.00 for both myself and my daughter. I bet it

has to do with where you are. I am also going to submit a 'family' tree to

the U of Iowa and see if we can get into that one. Are you planning to

have your kids checked?

Hi ,

Font size can be changed within your e-mail program. Before I can explain

how this is done, I need to know what e-mail program you are using. Eudora?

Outlook? Outlook Express?

Thanks,

Hi ,

Unfortunately, I can't help further because I don't have a mail

account and can't access the options you're talking about with my screen

reader and Braille display. I would think that the mail page where you

read your e-mail may have some font settings under the " view " menu if there

is such a thing. Sorry I can't help further. :(.
