You would need to try to bring down your E2 like I said to about 70 from 120

then retest. Here is what happens when E2 is on the high side your body thinks

the E2 is testosterone and stops sending your testis the messages to make more

Testosterone. So if you get this down things should get better if not they your

starting to become Primary meaning your testis are not working good enough to

keep your T levels up. Yet your test shows your LH to be on the high side.

Still try this and see if your T levels don't get better. You would need to get

on some Arimidex start with 1/4 of a one mg. pill and take it every 3 days then

in 6 weeks get re tested doing the tests I posted to you from Dr. 's site.

What can happen is your wood will start up fist with morning wood then with wood

any time you want. If this happens you know it's working.

I think I covered this in my last post if getting your E2 down does not bring up

your testostereone and give you wood then I would look into more testing like an

MRI.

Manterno Salerno <brownsaucylicious@...> wrote: " HCG will not

help you your body makes a lot of LH and

HCG acts like LH. Your higher LH and FSH with your T

levels in the 400's tells me your body is asking for

more testosterone and your Testis can make more.

Your E2 is a little high and if your get it down to 70

from 120 you might feel better and your TT and FT

should go up some. "

Thnx for all your help. But what worries me is the

following:

My LH is very high, and that means my testosterone

should be near 900. In pubertal teens testosterone

should be peaking, but I come borderline. I am not an

adult or an older man, I am a young boy growing into a

man, so my testosterone should be on the higher end. I

turn out to be 498, about 200 higher than of old men's

level. this is odd. on top, what is also odd, if my LH

is high, then why is my T not high? You said, my

higher LH and FSH with my T levels in the 400's tells

you that my body is asking for more testosterone and

my Testis 'can' make more. Ok, but again, due to my

age, and being a pubertal teen I should hit 900. on

top, why is it that my testicles are small??? I also

do not have many functional sperms, only 2%! This

strikes a serious issue. And my LH is high, so why not

my T? Something else is going on, and I need an mri of

my glands and further testing.

But to clarify, could it be that my E2 being at 120 is

not healthy FOR ME. And that 'high' E2 causes,

testicle shrinkage, sperm count to be very low,

prevents penile growth, and stops erections and

decreases orgasm volume.

HCG is used to increase sperm count and testicle

volume. It produces LH to produce T, eventually

causing a rise in sperm count and an increase in

testicular size.

But, I already have high LH as you say, BUT, my

TESTOSTERONE IS IN THE NORMAL RANGE, BUT REMEMBER I AM

A YOUNG GUY, I AM NOT LIKE THE OTHER GUY'S ON THIS

GROUP, AND A PUBERTAL TEEN LIKE ME SHOULD BE ON 900.

The concern is, if my LH is high, what is going on

with my sperm count and testicle volume?

Could it be that my main problem for ME ME ME, is the

E2? As I am 120, if i go to 60ish, I could work

better, and then less of my T will not be antagonized

by the E2.

I had another blood test done, about 2-3 weeks after

my Testosterone injection (the monthly basis one).

Note: I have only had one, and have stopped as it is

the incorrect treatment for me and it does not find

the cause of my problem. I have my results from my

blood test (which I had 2-3 weeks after having my

first and only T shot) which came out to be:

>Serum free T4 level = 14.5 pmol/L

>Serum TSH level = 0.49 mI.U./l (0.35-5.50)

>Serum oestradiol level = 76 pmol/L

>Serum prolactin level = 220 I.U./l (45-375)

>Serum progesterone = 4.5 nmol/L (10-90) Mid luteal

>Serum LH level = 4.0 I.U./l (1.5 - 9.3)

(These results are in the UK units)

So what do you think or conclude to now??? By

comparing my levels BEFORE MY FIRST AND ONLY T SHOT

and AFTER. Any useful conclusions or ideas?

Here are my results in " UK units " that I had BEFORE my

first and only T shot:

TSH 1.42 (0.27-4.20) mU/L

Free T4 15.7 (12.0-22.0) pmol/L

FSH 6.8 (1.5-11.4) U/L

LH 7.7 (1.7-8.6) U/L

Oestradiol 120 (28-156) pmol/l

Prolactin 215 (86-324) IU/ml

Testosterone 16.6 (9.9-27.8) nmol/l

17 OH-Progesterone 2.66 (0.90-10.00) nmol//l

Androstenedione 3.16 (0.68-10.00) nmol/L

Cortisol (Rdm) 204 nmol/L

IgF 1 785 (197-956) ng/ml

Binding Protein 3 5.33 (1.50-4.60) mg/L

Any comparison of them? Any ideas? Could I have

secondary hypogonadism?

Two to three weeks after you had one shot is not going to show anything. If you

were to do the shots for 4 weeks then test a week after your last shot it would

show something.

No I feel with your higher LH and FSH your not secondary if anything Primary

your testis are not working all that great yet still your levels of T are not

that bad.

Manterno Salerno <brownsaucylicious@...> wrote:

I had another blood test done, about 2-3 weeks after

my Testosterone injection (the monthly basis one).

Note: I have only had one, and have stopped as it is

the incorrect treatment for me and it does not find

the cause of my problem. I have my results from my

blood test (which I had 2-3 weeks after having my

first and only T shot) which came out to be:

>Serum free T4 level = 14.5 pmol/L

>Serum TSH level = 0.49 mI.U./l (0.35-5.50)

>Serum oestradiol level = 76 pmol/L

>Serum prolactin level = 220 I.U./l (45-375)

>Serum progesterone = 4.5 nmol/L (10-90) Mid luteal

>Serum LH level = 4.0 I.U./l (1.5 - 9.3)

(These results are in the UK units)

So what do you think or conclude to now??? By

comparing my levels BEFORE MY FIRST AND ONLY T SHOT

and AFTER. Any useful conclusions or ideas?

Here are my results in " UK units " that I had BEFORE my

first and only T shot:

TSH 1.42 (0.27-4.20) mU/L

Free T4 15.7 (12.0-22.0) pmol/L

FSH 6.8 (1.5-11.4) U/L

LH 7.7 (1.7-8.6) U/L

Oestradiol 120 (28-156) pmol/l

Prolactin 215 (86-324) IU/ml

Testosterone 16.6 (9.9-27.8) nmol/l

17 OH-Progesterone 2.66 (0.90-10.00) nmol//l

Androstenedione 3.16 (0.68-10.00) nmol/L

Cortisol (Rdm) 204 nmol/L

IgF 1 785 (197-956) ng/ml

Binding Protein 3 5.33 (1.50-4.60) mg/L

Any comparison of them? Any ideas? Could I have

secondary hypogonadism?

I saw a rubbish endocrinologist, and she said I AM

NORMAL. So I debated her furociously and she had no

logical points to make.

I mentioned I could have hypogonadism, and she said

NO. Then I said my Testosterone is like of an old man,

and she said its normal, which is utter NONSENSE. I

have read some 60+ year old men have same T as me!

By the way having some form of hypogonadism causes:

-Long arms

-Long legs

-Small trunk (spine/mid body)

-Small testicles

-Erectile dysfunction

-LOW T

I have all of these! And that foolish doctor said I am

normal and DISCHARGED me! I went there to collect my

results, as I KNEW they are FOOLS. My GP and my

sisters told me not to worry and to expect to here

complete nonsense.

On top my penis is small and has NEVER developed as

far as I can remember from age 10! This also includes

my testicles. There must be something more going on,

but I am not sure what can it be! All I know at the

moment is that I have to get my E2 down down down and

HGH up up up. I need scans etc too on my Pituitary,

check for any extra organs, any cell-clusters, because

I am not DAM NORMAL, and moron doctors say I AM

NORMAL!!!

Next week I am going to see Professor Mehul Tulsidas
