+++Hi April,

No, it is not okay to take extra as I just wrote to you. Where have you read

that " I advise " taking extra niacin?

+++Hi April,

I'm usually on the group early in the morning, about 7:00 AM - about 2:00 PM

every day Eastern Time. I've had to shorten that time this week because of my

Mom's situation and doing my taxes. My taxes are done now, so I'll have more

time.

Hello Bee,

I saw 500mg Niacin on a couple of places on your site. (I didn't know if it

meant *extra*). I know you've changed your program since starting the site,

so niacin might be one of those things. I'll paste one of the references

below.

Symptoms, Extra Help For

© Copyright Bee Wilder

To counteract severe die-off/detoxifying or healing reactions caused by

eating the wrong foods, too many high-carb foods or sugars, by taking too

much antifungal, or for any type of allergic reaction.

Take the following with food, preferably poached eggs, as soon as you start

to feel sick. Take these one time only, when you experience such severe

symptoms, in addition to your regular daily supplements:

• Zinc, 50 mg

• Betaine Hydrochloric Acid with Pepsin, 2 capsules or tablets

• B Complex 100 mg

• Niacin 500 mg – see note

• Cod liver oil, take one extra dose

Note: Taking niacin at that dose will cause a major flush, including

itching, red skin, and increased heat in certain areas of the body. Such

reactions will only last about 20 minutes. While such reactions may be

uncomfortable, they not harmful, and it is very helpful in minimizing your

severe symptoms.
