WEIGH IN: 178.5 stayed the same!!! I was a bit disssappointed at TOPS

as all week long I was doing good,,,losing onmy scale this am I woke up

weighed and I gained!!!well Iknow I did not do water at allyesteday so

startd pronto,,,so by tonight I was I guess gone with water weight But i

should have los I was so good all week..

I did have a pc of Ham yestereday and it does affect me also then for

supper saurer kraut..maybe teh water retension was greater than I

thought.

Then tonight for the firt time in 3 weeks I stopped at MC DONALDS.got

the works, fries quarter pounder and a chocloate shake... I ate the

fires first of course as they ae louey if cold...the shake other than

being cold and sweet was not flavorfull..the fries too had dissappointed

me..so then for the burger I at it and threw the Bun away as felt it

was not worth the extra carbs..so now I am drinking my WATER to dilute

my sins LOL and forgive myself....I feel bloated and uncomfortable and

tired....got sleepy.. somebody at TOPS said it is the full moon you

weigh more during ht full moon as the pressre and gravity pull you down

more to weigh more...LOL I Wish I geuss..

COngrats to the losers and well us stay the samers at least it is not a

gain,,,anybody that gained also needs some hugs and well wishes...take

care and good night..tina

been being good and stayed away from the halloween candy, I have started

I used to make peanubutter cream cheese balls then coat them in the

melted chocolate...well I discovered a easier treat of the chocolate

I melt 1 sq and then slowly add cream til it is mixable and some Equal

packets after done melting then add 1/4 cup of whole peanuts.Mix them

up and drop by the teaspoon on a paper plate into 4 or 5

clusters...pop in the freezer for 15 minutes and my treat is ready.....

sure helps it is about a 12 carb treat but

if I don't eat many carbs I have it then at night when I seem to really

need it.

YES I EAT IT ALL!!!!!

Though could with will powermake them a 3 carb treat only eat ONE a day

LOL

THanks all for the recipes, want to make the hershey kissess!!MMMM

Speaking of peanut butter, all we have locally is the name brand

kind, so I was wondering if anyone had a recipe for peanut butter.

I've made it before but I just remember processing the peanuts and

adding oil. Salt?

Here is one Nat

Food Processor Peanut Butter

2 cups roasted shelled peanuts

1 tablespoon peanut oil

1/2 teaspoon salt (omit if salted peanuts are used)

Using the metal blade, process ingredients

continuously for 2 to 3 minutes. The ground peanuts

will form a ball which will slowly disappear. Continue

to process until the desired consistency is obtained.

If necessary, stop machine and scrape sides of

container with a rubber spatula.

For crunchy peanut butter, stir in 1/2 cup chopped

roasted peanuts after the processing is completed.

Yields 1 cup creamy or 1-1/2 cups crunchy peanut

butter.

Store in a tightly closed container in the

refrigerator. Oil may rise to the top. If this occurs,

stir before using.

Yes, TOM is probably the culprit. I usually don't lose or lose very little

the week he visits. Some months I have had a big loss the next week. I hope

this happens to you too.
