Thanks! I feel okay, just tired, sore, kinda the old hit-by-a Mack

truck Syndrome! :) Really, though, I feel better than I expected I

would, so I guess that isn't too bad for a big old 49yr old woman.LOL

I hope that you are feeling better today and that the family is feeling better too!!!

Alyssa

I'm back!

My goodness, it seems like I've been off for months- not just days!On Sun. I had to stay home with a sick kid- high fever and upset stomach- my first though- WEst Nile Virus. Kayla was fine the next day, but now is sick- and has been since Mon. I think Sam is starting with it now. :( I've been off my computer since Sun. morning b/c lighting struck right next to our house (scared us to death) and too out our phones and the computer/internet! It took us until today (Wed.) to get everything fixed and back up and running. So other than sick kids :( LIfe is good here. I've been CRAVING Chineese food lately and Mon. night we made some- beef & brocoilithen we made a seperate pan with spicy beef- made with spicy mustard, garlic (and lots of it) and teriyki. Then we toped it with some yummy wheat Japenese noodles! So basically LoMein! Man the kids loved the noodles- and could have left the rest- and they all ate the rice pretty well! Oh well! ;)Um....I need to find the link and do my allergy info. Other than that- I THINK I'm caught up??? Trish

Hi Paola!

Nice to see you! Congrats on the baby. Of course I remember you - and I

was thinking about you and if your baby had arrived not too long ago.

Welcome back!

Hello Everyone!

I'm back! For those of you who remember me.... I had my baby a month

ago (a boy) and am now ready to start watching what I'm eating again.

For those of you who don't know me... I look forward to getting to

know you all.

In the last trimester of my pregnancy, I completely fell off the band

wagon and went back to my old bad ways of eating. I have to admit

that when I was following the SBD way, I felt much better physically.

So.... today I am back on day 1 of phase 1. I need some serious

detoxing. I expect it to be a bit of a struggle because of my

carb-addiction BUT I am pretty determined.

The good thing is that I am back a pre-pregnancy weight... but I still

have 50lbs to lose

I am happy to be back and look forward to getting to know you all.

Congrats, Paola!!! What did you name your little boy? I had missed

you and hoped we'd hear from you soon.

Good luck with doing phase 1, and I hope you get rid of the cravings

quickly!

Thanks for the welcome backs everyone!

I had my baby on January 7th. So he's almost 2 months old. I name him

. He's a good little guy.

As far as SBD, I survived day 1. Have the headache thing going... but I was

expecting that. I do have the cravings but I am fighting it. I have also

found that a piece of gum seems to be doing the trick (for now *smirk*)
