I called their office several times and I spoke with someone by the name of

Carmen. She told me that she will call me if something change but they are

booked until November. Not even US Baratric is booked until November but I don't

know what else tell them. I sent an email to the Dr. with all the information

maybe he read it and do something but I'm just praying to see if everything is

resolved soon. I thought I was going to have the surgery on September. Now they

have to submit my papers again to the insurance because the first pre-approval

was for a DR. at the US Baratric.

I was planning to have the surgery with them until I found this group and I

found about the Cleveland Clinic. Also I went to visit a friend that had her

surgery at the US Baratric and the hospital facility is in a really bad shape.

Well, I hope I can write a message soon telling all of you that I got another

surgery date but until now my surgery will be in November.
