Dear Susie,

Okay, it's been two days so have you sent your patient information form yet?

I'm almost through with the preliminaries of writing everything down and my

oldest daughter is coming over this afternoon to type it all in. It has been

very difficult to rehash all my diet failures from the past 20 years of so.

Makes me

sad to think of the time wasted on being fat and the joy of living that has

escaped me. My saving grace is knowing I can spend the rest of my life in a more

healthy body after I have my MGB. Let me know how you are progressing. See ya.
