You really have to be careful with sleep meds . . . they can become addictive.

I take Tamazapam, but only 15 mg. nightly. . . I refuse to increase it even if I can't sleep. I've taken it for years and am probably addicted . . . but I'm addicted to sleep too! . . . I'm hoping with the meds I'm taking now I'll be able to go to sleep naturally once my sticky blood situation is fixed.

Instead, I'll try deep breathing, hot bath, sleepy time tea, boring TV show, boring book, sauna . .. whatever will relax me and get my mind off whatever is going around inside like a hamster in a cage!
