My snoring comes from having to wear a night guard to keep me from grinding

my teeth at night. It keeps my mouth open and hence the snores come.

My husband is trying to sleep in our bed again after getting out of the

hospital.. He has insomnia badly and has been sleeping on the couch with the

television on. I think that the noise is what he got used to while in the

hospital and is having a hard time learning to sleep in the quiet. He snores

big time.

Take care,

Irene
