Guest guest
In which sense do they spoil? Believe it or not I found some that I had since my kids were young and it still looks good. In those day it cost .87 cents, a 16 ounces carton container. from Rexall with a tin flip cover.. When I was carrying my first, 37 years ago, a nurse told me to take flax everyday if I did not want having a hard time with my bowel and it will help the baby also. Naturally I did so, and Jimmy came out all clean, the doctors were amaze and ask me what I took. The water had all turn into a gel like that coated the baby. Now my problem was at the time, the way I took it. A friend had told me what to do, I had no mom at the time, what she said was put a tbsp in your mouth and drink a glass of water real fast so you wont have a hard time this way, which I did, silly me not knowing any better. Now I hope that Rani or Di had been there to show me how to eat it properly, like now. Fleurette Re: Re: flax > Flax aka Flax seeds, I buy these at GNC and Vitimin outlet. Guest guest
I'm thinking of getting flax seed or meal to have for an occasional breakfast, could someone post again how they fix it? Sue H 214/195/175 3/9/
