Guest guest
I went from being a very athletic person to first slowly declining then fast to the point where now I get arm fatigue just brushing my hair. Exercise is impossible other than walking. I guess that is an improvement though because my knees and hips just a few years ago prevented me from going on walks too. I hope that improves once I get adrenals and thyroid in a better state. Cheri -----Original Message----- On Behalf Of jasrich I have slowly lost endurance over the past year or so but didn't realize what was causing it until recently. I'm assuming b/c I'm stoking my metabolism with the HC and the little bit of Armour that I am on (60mg). I still walk almost every night and on weekends. The way this disease and treatment changes your life, with diet, sleep, exercise, etc., sucks hard. Especially when your doctors, family, friends, don't understand what the hell you're doing. It has to get better than this. On the bright side, I have had some more energy the past few days which has been good. If I could just sleep past 6AM I would be in better shape yet. Good luck to you too. .
