Krista good luck at your appointment today!

Re: Having a Really bad day- Any advice is appreciated!

Cherie- I think it is good that you are going home. Your body is notready for you to be back at work yet, and it sounds like it stillneeds a lot more healing. I hope you are able to take this week offtoo. Good luck with your 50 minute commute home (I have a 50 minutecommute too,) and your dentist appointment. Then, go home and get somesleep. Just take as much time as you need, the job will still be therewhen you are ready.I am seeing Dr. Huang this afternoon, I'm not looking forward to thedrive into downtown. But, I'll be okay. Going to go eat some lunch now.Love, Krista> > > > > >> > > > > > Hey Everyone- So, I think this probably the worst day I've > had > > > since> > > > > > explant. Hey Krista,

I just talked to my boss, she is letting me work from home tomorrow.

I am going to come in a bit on Wednesday, we're having a birthday

lunch for one of the employee's and we're going to the Cheesecake

Factory at the Arden Faire Mall....can't miss that! I'm off for the

rest of the week so that's a good thing. Hopefully I will be up to

being back to work full time in a week. I have a really great boss

and she's been so supportive, so I am very blessed to have this

wonderful lady in my life. Not sure if a male boss would have worked

in this situation. Good luck on your appt! Keep me posted

girlfriend, I want to know how you and Steph are doing.....we must

take care of each other!

Love ya!

Krista,

You have a good attitude. Sounds like you know his withdrawal is a

sign of his fear and you know that he loves you. When they love us so

much they just wish they could fix us. They don't like feeling

powerless either.

Hang in there...

PH,

Let us know when you are in town. I would love to meet for lunch. I am sure we could find something healthy in Denver or Boulder.

I love Keystone! How fun.

I have met Lynda and : ) Lynn

Re: Having a Really bad day- Any advice is appreciated!

Krista, Try not to worry about having children. You're young and when you start feeling well enough, you can talk w/ a member, P, who completely recovered and has had two more healthy children. It can happen...you just have to be diligent in practicing health.I think my symptoms were actually worse than yours pre-explant. I became so confused that I went out to my car with the oven mit on and tried to drive with it!! Post explant, I lost vision in my left eye, which thank God, has returned. My symptoms became worse after explant and I was pretty messed up...I think it's from the heavy duty anesthesia and antibiotics.I still have occasional brain fog and occasional blurry vision but I have moments of clarity so I know I just need to get these toxins out and I'll be fine. My most troubling symptom today was fatigue but I've had a busy week.My family goes out to Keystone every

summer. I'll have to visit you and Lynn on my way out. have you two met? I live in St. Louis. I have family in Boulder so the next time I'm out there the three of us will have to meet up!! I'll definitely let you know, Lynn. It'd be fun for sure. My boys

love Keystone, especially River Run Village. It's our annual family

trip with my husband's sisters and their kids...20 of us in all. We

all pile in our cars and caravan out there. So beautiful up in the

mountains!

It's great that you've met Lynda and . If they're out there too

I'd love to meet them. I don't know where everyone lives. We should

have a reunion for all of us in 5 years when we're all completely

healthy! - PH

Steph,

I did the on-line diet and yes, Whole Foods had nearly everything I needed. Lynn

Re: Having a Really bad day- Any advice is appreciated!

Thanks Rogene, I joined online today at the website. Would Whole Foods have all of the ingredients that the recipes call for?>> Stephie,> > If I had to chose the most important thing in getting better after implants, it would be to eat a very healthy diet. . . .> > The Maker's Diet is an outstanding place to start. . . .> > Everything else can come later.> > Hugs,> > Rogene>

Yeah- Doesn't live in Colorado too? The next time PH is in

Colorado, we'll all have to get together, and whoever else can. The

mountains would be a beautiful spot for a get-together/reunion for us,

and Colorado is pretty centralized and easy to get to from other

states. PH, are you going to tell us your real name when we meet you?

Hehehehehe....

Love, Krista

Krista, LOL, I've already been kidded about that by others here on

the forum! I didn't sign in as perfecthealth to be completely

anonymous but more so that I knew I wanted perfect health and felt if

I was going to be typing it several times a day, I wanted something

positive. I had signed in on an anemia health forum and celiac one

and just thought I'd use the same username.

At the same time, I thought by joining this forum I'd write a couple

messages and realize that it wasn't my implants making me sick after

all...at least that's what I had hoped. But I guess it hasn't been

all that bad as I've had wonderful support and met wonderful

women!!! Anyway, my first name is Carlin. - PH

Krista,

You and I and Lynn must live pretty close in location.

I am in Greeley.

Oh, okay. You are north north of Denver. I know someone else that

lives in Greeley. I'm barely north of Denver (Denver metro.) Just a

hop, skip and a jump from downtown. Takes me about 20 minutes to get

to downtown from my home (without a ton of traffic, of course.) My

hubby and I both work right downtown and take the bus everyday.

beautiful first name you have! I'm so used to calling you PH, that I

actually might call you that when I meet you. I'm all about nicknames!

:-) Thanks for sharing that!

Thanks Lynn, I went by there today and grabbed some stuff that I

needed. It smelled so good in there! They have a lot of great

selections to choose from.

Hi Steph,How is your fatigue doing these days? Mine's ridiculous. So what I've done is I take lots of cat naps throughout the day with my cat. From what I've been able to figure is recovering my explant and implant illness simply takes a long time. We'll get there.Love & hugs,Tracistephie0580 <stephie0580@...> wrote: I know but the fatigue is really hard to deal with. Hi Traci, My fatigue is getting better but I've noticed that my eye

lids have been getting swollen. I have a follow up with my naturopath

tomorrow so I'm going to mention it to him.

I am so ready to feel better I wish it would happen soon. Gizmo keeps

me company at night when my husband is at work :) So besides the

fatigue how are you feeling?
