I am a 47 year old gal, with type 2 diabetis......ugh.......i weight about 247 and am 6 feet tall.......and am tired of hearing oh you carry your weight so well.....lol......carry it i drag it around with me.......the diabetics is scaring me and its time to get myself healthy and if i loose weight with it all the much better........my only trouble is i work midnight to eight and that vending machine is always calling me........lol........... I'm 45 years old and want to lose 40 pounds. I started the diet 2 weeks ago and stayed on it strictly for one week (l lose 6.5 lbs.!) But I was having a few problems and got scared that I might be hurting myself - so I stopped. I would love some support and to see if others experienced what I did! It will answer alot of your questions. But feel free to ask away here and we'll all try to help. As for posting.. after you read a posting hit Re: mail or reply...
