I just went off Lipitor and have added guggul and will

let y'all know what my cholesterol results are in

about three months. I kept stepping down the Lipitor

since I started Armour and my magic number was staying

right around 185, so I'm thinking I don't need

Lipitor... but to be safe, I put in the guggul which

is supposed to have the same effect.
