Welcome to the Cast group. Your daughter will adjust very quickly to her cast. I know it sounds so scary and heartbreaking, but she will amaze you. Please read the file that Heidi mentioned and she also wrote it "what to expect". It has pretty much everything you will need to know for cast day and beyond. Please ask any and all questions. Hi everyone,We are new to the group. Our 2-year old daughter Audrey will be receiving a cast next week in Salt Lake City. She has been wearing a brace the past four months, and we would like to know what to expect from our stay at Shriners, as well as any advice you have for us and for taking care of Audrey in a cast.Thanks, and Nate Dawson
