a day but I have realised that your tablespoon measures are smaller (15mls)so I

am up to the recommended amount now. Is that correct?

+++Hi Nikki. I'd just have to Google the translations from tbl to mls to verify

it, so if you did the calculation correctly go by that.

>

> So from here do I continue on until all symptoms have gone? I am still on HCL

after each meal and all the other supplements of course but otherwise I am

feeling so much better every week and had very little retracing. I have plenty

to retrace - Glandular fever, ibs, anemia, pnemonia and more. But I haven't

retraced any of that yet does that mean I won't heal until I retrace all that?

+++It takes 1 month of natural healing for every year, so if you haven't

retraced those illinesses, you aren't healthy yet. Also after you've gotten

healthy you can't go back to doing what you did before because you will get sick

again.

>

> I am feeling so much better I am planning to go on a 100km bike ride and am in

training. So I am wondering with increased calorie need do I just increase the

oil and protein amounts?

+++Expect to get lots of detox symptoms after you are finished since that much

exercise will mobilize toxins a lot! Yes, you can just increase fats and

proteins.

+++Hi Lara. Even though the shipping costs may seem high, adding shipping to

the cost of 5 gallons is still going to be cheaper than buying in smaller

quantities or buying from other sources. Shipping doesn't add much to it if you

calculate how many pints are in 5 gallons.

I used to buy 1 gallon from them when I lived closer to Oregon, and it cost just

as much to ship it as it cost for the gallon. I still saved over $300.00 than

if I bought it locally or from any other company.

Hi Lara,

You might check the Nutiva website. They have a very high quality Coconut Oil

and they sell it in 5 gal. pails. If you buy from their website you get free

shipping on any order over $30.00. Make sure you go to their site through the

link on Bee's website first so she can get a little kick-back.

@@ Hi Jackie ,

Nutiva @ 5 gallons = $245 without shipping

Mountain Rose @ 5 gallons $149 + $50 shipping = $199

Natures Approved @ 5 gallons = $164 + 34.95 shipping = 198.95

Considering these hard economical times , it seems Mountain Rose or Natures

Approved Coconut Oil would be a better choice , since many are on a budget. One

can still get healthy with these brands too .

In Toronto , I purchased Coconut Oil that " " recommended in the past ,

from " Essence of Life " . If I calculate 5 gallons it = $210.

@@@ If you prefer Nutiva brand like I do, it is more economical to get the 4/1

gallon case pack than the 5 gallon tub. (although there is more waste in getting

4 containers instead of one)

Nutiva@ 5 gallon tub = $245 with no shipping cost ($49/gallon)

Nutiva@ 4 gallon case pack= $175.00 with no shipping cost ($43.75/gallon)

Just thought I would put that out there.  =0)

I buy my coconut oil from Wilderness Family Naturals. They routinely have

sales in fact I believe they have one right now and shipping is free when

you buy a case (six) of any coconut oil size. You can get even better

prices if you become a buying club.

purchase coconut oil, this way she gets much deserved credit for the sale.

deal !

Robin - If you prefer Nutiva and can afford that brand , then go

Tropical Traditions sells a 5 gallon pail of expeller pressed coconut oil on

Amazon for $99.00 plus $27.78 shipping. I've never used this kind but it seems

like a great deal.

@@ Hi Ed,

I did a little cost breakdown and the difference PER MONTH between Nutiva and

Mountain Rose Herbs is $2.96. I have used both brand's of CO and Nutiva is of

better qaulity. I use the CO for the diet and in my skincare that I

make.(another way to save!)

Breakdown:

Nutiva

1gal = 259 TBS = 43 days(6 TBS per day) = 365 days a year div. by 43days = 8.48

gals a year(rounded up to 9) = $43.75 x 9 = $393.75 div. by 12(months) = $32.81

a month for the 4/1 gal. case pack

Mountain Rose Herbs

1gal = 259 TBS = 43 days(6 TBS per day) = 365 days a year div. by 43days = 8.48

gals a year(rounded up to 9) = $39.80 x 9 = $358.20 div. by 12(months) = $29.85

a month for the 5 gal. tub

$32.81 - $29.85 = $2.96 a month difference

I think most people could probably squeeze that into their budget.

@@ Hi Robin ,

Thanks . That's great .

If taste is an issue , then perhaps Nutiva is better . Its subjective

, I suppose . I personally haven't tried all the eligible brands out there , and

given it the taste test :) Still it would be subjective irregardless .

However , in regards to quality , the brands I stated previously qualify based

on quality and criteria . So one or the other isn't going to make the difference

+++Hi Ed and all,

I could be wrong (happens all the time lol) but I believe the Tropical

Traditions expeller pressed coconut oil I mentioned is one that has been

discussed before and Bee gave it her ok. Here's one of those discussions from

September 2009....

> My Tropical Traditions organic expeller pressed coconut oil says it's

" naturally refined. " Is that okay? I thought I read that we could use

expeller-pressed if we preferred. I like to use the coconut flavor for egg drink

but fry with the expeller pressed.

don't want to over do it.

+++Hi Theo. It doesn't matter how strong of an antifugal coconut oil IS,

because you cannot cure candida by killing it off with antifungals.

When your immune system is strong enough it automatically " makes " candida (or

any bug, cancer, etc.) change back into the organism it is supposed to be when

the body is healthy.

However CO provides so many health benefits, other than being antifungal,

including helping your body detoxify, for cleansing your body, for

reconstructing cells, etc. so when you are unhealthy the therapeutic dose is 5.5

tablespoons spread out over 3 meals per day.

All the best, Bee

Marty,

Thanks I've been reading about it. Does anyone know if Tree of Life is okay?

Anyone drink coconut milk? Had to give up rice due to the mold. In a few days my

carpul tunnel is easing up.

A friend explained the importance of it being pressed the right way &

unrefined.  She reccomends Living Foods or Nutrivia, Unrefined Extra Virgin,

Organic, Coconut Oil made
