That's good to know! Thanks!

Is it safe to take the supplements while on penicillin?

I prefer the myoplex deluxe chocolate peanut butter bars and the myoplex

deluxe to the myoplex lite, is it okay to take these forms of the myoplex and

maybe take a half a serving instead of the light?

I have been also taking the Betalean, BetaGen three times a day.

Thanks in advance for advice and support! I truly appreciate it!

A confession,

I must admit, I have a Precor elliptical 546 and I vary the intensity and do

different programs on it for an hour every morning 6 times per week. I have

60 pounds to lose and was too afraid of the 20-minute cardio sessions. My

aerobic workouts are not low in intensity. They are more like intervals of

high intensity and low intensity. I also take a spinning class or a

kickboxing class a couple of times per week too. The elliptical machine is a

great stress reliever for me as well. I burn my own CDs and just listen to

music and forget about my problems for that hour and I love it. I just hope I

am not hurting my muscle growth. I am new at the BFL program just starting

week 4 and I do see changes and feel stronger so I will keep doing this for

now.

Any comments or advice is welcome!

,

How long have you been doing the 60 minute sessions?

Please be careful about burning out. Back off your duration to 20-25

minutes 3 times per week and increase the intensity. You should be a

dripping, sweaty person when you complete the session. If you start

at 60 minutes 6 times per week, it will be difficult to add to that

when your body adapts to that workout. Increase to 4 cardio sessions

during week 6. Remember, enjoy the journey!

Make sure you ask your physician. Only he/she knows your medical history.

Welcome to the group, Jerry. Quincy got me into bodybuilding years ago.

I have to tell you that I've never experienced these kind of gains as I have

with BFL. Glad you've joined our group.

Hi!

Well you will be proud to know since I did my elliptical workout 4 days this

week already, I actually got up this morning and went about my day without

it. I did no aerobic training this morning. That was very difficult for me as

I do get paranoid about all the fat I have to lose and not doing that 60

minute elliptical workout every morning. I am going to do my upper body later

at the gym though.

Thanks for your support!

Cheryl,

What supplements do you take? Which ones do you think helped you make that

phenomenal transformation the most?

I thank you in advance! You are truly a role model for me!

I strongly recommend a protien drink/meal replacement

and creatine immediately after your weight training.

Without post workout meals, this leaves a window of at

least 3-5 hours of no nutrition when the body is

crying to be replenished. MHO

I think that you might have missunderstood. I read

Kits message as saying he waits one hour before eating

or having a drink/meal. Is that too long after the

weight training?

Under the BFL plan the only time you go more than

three hours with out a meal is while sleeping, so I'm

not sure why you are saying it would be three to five

hours.

Cheryl!!!! What a great accomplishment! I know how much better I feel about

myself with just 8 weeks of BFL ... can't imagine how proud someone must feel

after accomplishing what you did. Ooooooh ..... I looked like your before

picture so does that mean I can look like you if I keep on working??? Can I??

Huh? Huh? Huh?

Welcome aboard Sandi! You are lucky to get what you have. My son is 10 1/2

and his age range has fallen between the cracks with our school district.

Infact we have to fight hard to get anything for our kids.

hi sandi, welcome to the group!!!! I would say it depends on your child, does

he function good with a part time aid or are you seeing the need for a full

time one.

goes to school from 9 to 2. During that time he will have 3

1/2hrs sessions of ABA, speech, OT and PT. He is rarily in the class

due to his many therapists he sees. He is " passed " around from one

therapist to another. I thought that maybe having a full time aid

that this would be one person who knows very well and

communicate the proper way consistently (an to make sure 's

therapists so the same).

ALthough I was just reading some info that Glenn had mailed to me

about watching out that your child does not get too attached to the

same person???

I agree with Glenn, my son, nathan is 9yrs w/ds pdd and has had the same aid

last couple years now, and every time she is gone for sick kids whatever,

nathan is a wholly terror, they usaually end up sending him home, anymore i

get tough with the school (tough love, lol) and make them deal with nathan,

ive told them at least a hundred times need to have a good rotation of aids,

my son is very attachable and insists things always the same, needs to learn

to bend a little, as does the school needs to listen to the parents more,

they dont know everyhting. shawna.
