Officially? monday.

Unofficially? Whenever your week starts. Just make the commitment to do

it and do it!

Noelle! I was pretty proud of myself last night and today! I had this party at

the Rainbow Room in NYC which was quite lavish ... I tasted only a couple of

hors doevres (one shrimp and one chicken and one tiny potato with caviar! lol)

.... for dinner I ordered the shrimp cocktail and red snapper with veggies ...

(we had choices of two things) and for dessert I succumbed to the chocolate

souffle but only had two tastes of it. :)

At the brunch today I was very careful too. Some smoked salmon and herring (but

no bagel), loads of grilled veggies and some lobster salad. For dessert I had

fresh fruit and a very small piece of crumb cake.

Came home and right back on track. :)

How did you do tonight?

Rita

Rita! You are an inspiration for eating out! There is a lot of good

food out there that we can eat, thanks for the reminder.

Rita, you are AWESOME! Wow congrats on getting through the big events this

weekend and still enjoying them, having tastes of this and that but stopping

before damage is done - and most of all for getting right back on track. You go

girlfriend!

Rita, so awesome! It can be done, huh???

I had some of the same challenges today. We had a 'taste of Quad

Cities' festival tonight and I went with hubby and another couple.

BUT, I ate BFL the rest of the day. At the fest, I just had a

corona, some indian food, a steak taco and a few bites of a flourless

torte. Mmmmmmm....I don't feel fat and over fed, so I think I did ok.

I really just LOVE this program!

Ty Park - I am really quite exited about the accomplishment. And the funny

thing is last free day I had put away 1/2 bar of candy to have this weekend.

Well I just ate it. Only a couple of pieces left really but it felt so good to

make it last for over an hour instead of gobbling them up! And I finished

before midnight so my free day is over! tG

Now just have 2 or 3 obstacles ahead of me now. I can do 'em! I CAN do 'em! I

can DO 'em! lol. -

Rita, you are amazing! I hope I can do as well as you this Wednesday. Its our

7th anniversary and we're planning a romantic picnic after a long bike ride

up to the university to watch the fireworks (we have them here the night

before the 4th). I'm going to pack the picnic with lots of healthy (but

sensual) items and I will call it one of my two free meals of the week, but

it will definitely be a tempting time to cut loose and binge. But I will not

do it! I have accepted the challenge to have a cheat-free week and I will do

it. a

Is our challenge a week without a free day? OY! I know I'm not going to be

able to do that because of all the visiting I am supposed to be doing. This is

gonna be a toughie but I'll give it a try.

Good for you in planning your picnic! I like that " sensual " idea - whatcha

gonna bring?

I consider a " perfect week " is when you stick to plan. If plan includes a

free day, then use your freeday!
